Trash Husband, I'm the Top novel Chapter 350

Eleanor approached Daniel with a desperate glimmer of hope flickering in her eyes, teetering on the edge of obsession. “Please, just this once—I’m begging you. Help me find out who that woman is.”

She bit her lip, her voice trembling. “He even had a room set aside for her at the old manor.”

Daniel’s brow furrowed. The old manor? A room?

He pieced it together instantly, but had no intention of sharing what he knew.

“You’re overthinking this. That room is probably just a guest room.”

Eleanor shook her head, hair swaying. “No, it’s not. When I went there, the room was under renovation, and everything—from the wallpaper to the curtains—was clearly tailored to a woman’s taste.”

Hans had no siblings, and Monica would never set foot in the old place. That room could only be for someone Hans couldn’t let go of.

“Dan—”

“Enough.” Daniel’s voice cut through her plea, sharp and final. “I warned you not to marry Hans, didn’t I? But you were determined—wouldn’t listen to anyone. And now, you’re spiraling into paranoia. When does it end?”

It was the first time he’d spoken to Eleanor so harshly, his words cold and biting.

“I…” Eleanor faltered, lost for words.

These were all her choices.

But at the root of it all—was Nora.

If Nora hadn’t entered the Quinn family pretending to be Aurora, constantly opposing her, Eleanor would never have married Hans out of spite.

Now, her life was a mess.

Of course, she didn’t dare voice these resentments to Daniel. These days, Daniel was firmly on Nora’s side.

He pinched the bridge of his nose, his tone softening. “Eleanor, even if you divorce Hans, you’ll always be my sister. I’ll look out for you.”

He gave her one last chance, but Eleanor refused without a second thought.

“I’m not getting a divorce.” Her jaw clenched, voice thick with bitterness. “I won’t let her win.”

She had to know who that woman was.

Daniel’s disappointment was palpable. “Suit yourself.”

He had nothing more to say.
