After dinner, Enoch headed home.
Before stepping out, he glanced at Drusilla and said, "I'll come over tonight."
She didn't want to visit the Taylor household, so he insisted on coming over to her place. After all, their therapy sessions must continue.
Drusilla responded, "Don't bother! I want to rest tonight."
She had already planned to move out as soon as her children returned from daycare.
Regardless of her protests, Enoch left.
...
Once he was gone, Drusilla quickly locked the door and started packing her and the boys’ belongings.
Almost done with packing, it was time to pick up her children from daycare. She rushed out, and upon arriving, she spotted Blythe and Lilith chatting with the daycare teacher, with Colton and Cormac by their side.
Blythe's attention was solely on the two kids.
Drusilla didn't expect them to show up at the daycare.
In their presence, she hesitated to approach, knowing the teacher was aware of her identity, which could blow her cover.
Hiding, Drusilla called Verena.
"Hey, honey!" Verena greeted. She had gone to work in the afternoon, still bothered by Enoch's warning earlier that day.
"Did you tell Lilith and the others about Colton and Cormac's daycare?" Drusilla asked.
"No, I didn't," Verena replied.
