Ever since she started working with Axiom Flux Technologies, Charlene had been so swamped that her days blurred together.
This week was no different—if anything, she was busier than ever, barely able to keep her head above water.
By the time she finally caught a breath, she realized an entire week had slipped by.
After work, she dragged her exhausted body home only to find Jasmine already fast asleep.
Lately, Jasmine had been staying at the Ross family house, but the two of them barely saw each other.
Charlene stood at the edge of the bed, watching Jasmine curled up all alone on the large mattress. It was a while before she finally headed to the bathroom to shower.
The next morning, when Charlene woke up, Jasmine was already dressed, backpack slung over her shoulders, clearly ready to head out.
When Jasmine saw her mother wake, she scurried over and leaned on the edge of the bed. “Mom, did I wake you up?”
Charlene sat up and shook her head. “No, you didn’t.”
After a moment, she asked, “Heading out to play?”
Jasmine nodded eagerly. “Yeah! Dad’s back—he’s coming to pick me up soon.”
Charlene paused, then suddenly remembered it was Saturday. Of course, Thorne was supposed to be back.
She washed up and went downstairs to grab some breakfast, just as Thorne pulled up outside.
Charlene was walking Jasmine out the door when Thorne stepped out of his car.
He didn’t look like someone who’d just gotten off a long flight.
As if reading her mind, Thorne picked Jasmine up and glanced at Charlene. “I got back last night.”
Charlene said nothing. Thorne continued, “Thanks for looking after her. If you’re free at lunch, maybe we could eat together?”
Charlene finally spoke, turning him down. “That’s not necessary.”
That evening, Thorne joined Vesta and his old friend Nicol—who’d just returned from overseas—for dinner.
Nicol laughed, “Last time Lean came back home, he kept going on about how much things had changed here. I didn’t really get it until now. Having come back myself, I see it’s true—this place is nothing like it was ten or fifteen years ago.”
Thorne smiled. “You should come back more often, whenever you get the chance.”
“Absolutely.” Nicol grinned, then added, “I’m really interested in PrimeStar these days. I heard The Henderson Group is working with them? Maybe you could introduce me to Mr. Ferguson from PrimeStar sometime—and especially to Ms. Ross, I’ve heard she’s incredibly talented.”
It was Vesta’s first time meeting Nicol, too.
After greeting him and taking her seat, she found she couldn’t really join the conversation, so she sat back and listened.
When she heard this, though, her expression changed.
Before Thorne could say anything, Nicol went on, “You know, when you first told me about PrimeStar’s language programming a few years back, I didn’t think much of it. But now, I really see the value in CUAP. When you mentioned it before, I could tell you were fascinated by it…”

The readers' comments on the novel: Unknown Divorce Revelation Beyond Time (Charlene and Thorne)
Chapters 480 and on are repeat from previous chapters. What's up with that? Time to stop reading this novel....
Thanks for the update. Keep them coming please!...
Any hope for Vesta being brain-dead?...
Thanks PINKK889 for the info. The same version is also on You tube except dubbed in English and titled “ I divorced my husband who cheated now begging me to come back” Enjoy...
Gosh, this is excruciating ! The slow pace made me leave this for over 3 months. Was just taking a peek and not much development. Btw they have now made this into a 3hr 40 min long drama.Available on daily motion under, the name, next chapter without you. But all the other fringe characters such as York Granger Gaylord are missing in the movie. Ending is very satisfying, practical and apt. She chooses to leave thorne and jasmine and be with Stewart. Vesta and family are inter national wanted Criminals. Not sure if they replicate the same on here. As this book is now on the app for more than 9 months, have a feeling it'll be another 6 to 9 months before this is completed!...
Stewart and Charlene will the best match, both power players!...
Can't wait to read where Charlene will start another relationship... God for is she gets back with Thorne... She needs to be with York or Gaylord (to annoy vesta) or granger (to annoy Thorne)...
I know its ur story and u obviously have ur own plot line and all and have every right to build the story as u like but what writer provide isnt just entertainment, but they shape the narrative of young minds. So I would say that romanticing cheating is, or rather THORNE'S behaviour, wrong for all the reasons..give york a chance ..that will be way more satisfying...again all of this is just my point of view but if charlene and thorne get back together, its not the story im looking for...
Hey...please dont ever make Charlene and thorne get back together no matter what...he simply doesn't deserve it....no matter the reason or plot twist behind the way he treated his legally wedded wife....whether he actually slept with vesta or not....just his emotional cheating...not repecting his spouse....not caring enough to actually get to know the person his wife was....and actually distancing his child from her mother and encouraging her to bond with the mistress are all the biggest RED FLAGS... when a person enters a contract....he must uphold it no questions asked...its not like if ur partner isnt good enough, ur allowed to cheat..allowed to let a 3rd person in-between....if ur not satisfied with ur partner then u can get a divorce...whats the point of all the wealth, power and brilliance of mind when the ML cant even get his head around this simple fact...So, its fine it he regrets, but charlene shouldn't be with him in any case.....
Enough already. This novel is dragging slowly. Updated with 2 chapters only. REALLY!!! Whoever the author or authors of this novel why is there a delay in penning more chapters? Here’s my question. In reading the comments from others does their opinions matters and/or make a difference? Are comments being monitored? Or is it only a tool allowing readers to blow off steam?...
