“Maybe next time,” Kate replied. “Mrs. Snider doesn’t seem to be in a good mood. I’m going to check

on her.”

“Not in a good mood? What happened?” Rhea asked with concern.

Kate lowered her eyes. “Who knows? I’ll go check on her.”

“Okay. Be safe on the way.”
