Hugo noticed and walked over to sit beside her, placing his hand gently on her slightly shaking one.

Scarlett looked up, meeting his gaze.

“Second will be okay,” Hugo reassured her.

She managed a small smile, “Yeah, I know.”

Nearby, Fourth, with teary eyes, looked at First and asked, “Brother, Second will be alright, won’t he?”

First snapped back to reality and assured her, “Of course not. Second is so strong, he’ll be just fine!”

The doctor came out.

“Doctor, how is my child?” Hugo asked immediately.
