Chapter 359 I Already Have a Home
Clarence was speechless.
He stood staring at the wedding dress the crew had just saved, eyes dark as a storm.
She wrecked our family, and now she wants to marry Jasper like nothing happened?
No way!
“Lydia, you’ll pay for this.” He looked at her coldly, all brotherly warmth gone.
Lydia’s chest fluttered for a moment, then she put on that sharp, nasty smile.

“Before you worry about me paying, maybe worry about saving yourself. Clarence, you’re not anyone important anymore.”
Clarence gave her one last look, then started to walk
away.
He’d barely taken a step when his gaze landed on Claudia, who was standing there calmly.
He’d only come because Lydia was here. He hadn’t expected to see Claudia as well.
The thought of Claudia witnessing his lowest moment hit him like shame.
When they were kids, Claudia looked up to him with trust and admiration.
How ironic. They chose Lydia and shoved Claudia aside, and now they were tasting that bitter result.
It was like a boomerang when Lydia betrayed the Lancasters every time.
From the start, even when Sterling defended Claudia, it only added pressure on the Lancasters‘ business and stirred things up at key moments. Their downfall and bankruptcy were their own fault.
Clarence pursed his lips tightly. Ignoring the crew’s surprised whispers, he walked up to Claudia. His voice was rough. “Claudia, we…
moved.”
The villa had been taken by the court. Now the four of them were squeezed into a rented three–bedroom apartment.
In the end, Claudia never even slept in the room Lottie had renovated for her.

“We packed up your things and brought them to the new place. If you ever want to come back, the address is-”
“Don’t bother,” Claudia cut him off.
She smiled softly, genuinely at ease. “It’s just old stuff. Throw it away, burn it, whatever. As for a new place? I already have a home. I’m not going back to someone else’s.”
Clarence turned pale.
He stepped back, laughing bitterly. “Yeah… you have a home now.”
He’d heard about it and even seen it. Sterling treated her well, cared for her, gentle and protective–more than the Lancasters ever did.
Tears and bitter laughter came all at once as Clarence staggered toward the door, looking utterly alone.
