Chapter 362 Have Fun?
Sterling was fuming with jealousy. The second he saw someone trying to flirt with his fiancée,
he lost it.
Michael, on the other hand, felt completely wronged. He was a top actor, not some sleazy gigolo. Tonight, he’d just been trying to be a charming, funny, stress–relief guy!
Sterling hadn’t expected that. He’d let her avoid clubs and bars, and he’d only swung by the set to see his fiancée. Yet somehow, she still managed to attract flirty guys wherever she went.
He instantly regretted letting her leave the house this morning.
To him, Claudia was someone who should stay close and be tucked in his pocket.
In the backseat of the Maybach, he wrapped an arm around her waist and pulled her into his lap so they were face–to–face.
“Babe, did you have fun today?” He sounded aggrieved.
Claudia, tipsy and giggling, nodded. “Yeah, I had fun!”
Sterling gritted his teeth. “Well, I didn’t. I hate being stuck at work while a bunch of creeps hang around you.”
Even drunk, Claudia’s instinct to soothe him kicked in.
She leaned over and kissed him softly like a puppy. “Don’t be mad. You’re my favorite. Be good, okay?”
Sterling took it further, brushing his tongue against her lips. “Then how are you gonna cheer me up?”
Her eyes were hazy and dazed. “I don’t know.”
His calloused fingers traced along her wrist. He wanted to keep her all to himself, hidden away where no one else could look. But he remembered how much she hated being trapped or locked in the dark.
So instead, like a restless beast, he sank his teeth into her slender neck–gentle but possessive, as if leaving a mark that said she was his.
The car had been parked at the villa for a while now. The driver had long gone.

But inside, the backseat was shaking harder and harder as time went on.

Drunk Claudia was easy to coax, doing whatever he wanted without protest. The first time she got drunk was back when Lydia was arrested. At that time, they’d still kept their distance, and Sterling had to hold back.
Now, he didn’t. He used it as an excuse to let go completely.
He didn’t just stop at what Claudia had promised this morning. He went further, trying new things as he pleased.
By the end, she was crying softly, almost sober from the exhaustion.
She had long passed her limit.
With a tie covering her eyes, tears and saliva streaked down her face, but Sterling didn’t seem to mind. He was still gentle, cleaning her up and comforting her quietly.
Whenever her head hit the car roof or window, he caught it with his hand, careful not to let her get hurt.
By the time Sterling brought Claudia inside with his suit draped over her and nothing else on her, she was totally exhausted.
He, on the other hand, looked like all his energy had come rushing back. Every bit of stress from work had disappeared.
The film crew waited on edge for days, terrified of what might happen next. But nothing did.
Sterling didn’t punish anyone or blame them for “tempting” his fiancée. In fact, after Whitney added more investment, he threw in extra funding himself. Romero Corp even said it was a reward for keeping Claudia company.
