She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 151

They looked her up and down—she wasn’t exactly pretty, but there was a certain plain charm to her. Still, everything she wore screamed bargain bin, the kind of stuff you’d get in a clearance sale.

One word: broke.

The four girls closed in around her, boxing her in.

Giselle’s timid eyes darted between them, too afraid to speak. She was just an ordinary kid from an ordinary family, her natural shyness and insecurity making it impossible to meet the gazes of these girls—girls who radiated privilege and confidence.

She’d noticed them earlier, all four stepping out of Petersburg International Academy. Their designer clothes and polished looks said it all: old money, untouchable. She knew better than to get on their bad side.

“So, you’re Sabrina’s close friend?” Tiffany asked, her tone dripping with contempt.

With the way this country mouse was shaking, you’d think they were about to eat her alive.

Giselle’s nerves made it hard to answer. Back at her own school, things weren’t easy either. Some girls bullied her relentlessly—pouring water in her shoes, scribbling over her textbooks, freezing her out of every group.

She’d hoped Sabrina might be her lifeline, someone powerful to stand behind.

But looking at these girls now, she couldn’t tell if they were friend or foe. One wrong answer and she’d have even more trouble on her hands.

Elena watched Giselle’s shrinking posture with open disgust. Just looking at this pathetic mess for another second was almost unbearable. She reached out and patted Giselle’s cheek, her gaze bold and mocking.

“Relax a little! We’re not going to eat you,” Elena scoffed. “Just answer the questions. Tell us what your relationship with Sabrina is.”

Giselle looked around, realizing there was no way she could stand up to them. It was better to just play along. These girls were dangerous, and she was nobody. She had nothing to fight them with.
