She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 269

Bryce simply plopped himself down, crossed his legs, and watched Sabrina and Shawn take on their opponents together, almost as if he were enjoying an action movie with front-row seats.

He’d wanted to jump in too, but quickly realized he was just extra baggage in this fight.

Compared to their skills, his own amateur moves were laughable at best. If he tried to help, he’d probably just get in their way—or worse, become a liability.

So, with admirable self-awareness, he stepped back and left the “battlefield” to the real warriors.

“Sabrina, you’re killing it!”

“Watch your left—!”

“Shawn, right side, kick him!”

“Go for the head—smash him!”

Bryce was like a hyperactive coach on the sidelines, shouting out orders and cheering with all the enthusiasm of a diehard sports fan. His voice echoed through the room as he clapped and hollered encouragement, completely caught up in the action.

Sabrina, right in the thick of the fight, shot him a sideways glare filled with nothing but exasperation at his antics.

Shawn, on the other hand, was all business—silent, ruthless, his fists forcing their opponents back step by step.

The two of them moved in perfect sync, as if reading each other’s minds. At one point, they both glanced over at Bryce, who was practically dancing with excitement nearby.

“Behind you—!” Bryce started to yell a warning, but didn’t even finish before Shawn landed a brutal punch on the guy sneaking up behind them, sending him crashing to the floor, dazed.

In less than two minutes, all seven attackers were down for the count.

Staring at the bodies sprawled on the ground, Bryce asked, “Sabrina, are these all Sutton family bodyguards?”

Sabrina shook her head. “No. Hester wouldn’t risk using people she knows. These are outsiders—hired hands.”
