She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 34

Her skin was flawless—pale, delicate, not a single pore in sight. And, of course, she was heartbreakingly beautiful.

Even without a trace of makeup, Sabrina's beauty was simply perfect. Those expressive eyes of hers only made things worse; the longer you looked, the more that look infuriated you. Sometimes, Celine thought she’d like nothing more than to tear those pretty eyes right out.

They were the same age, but Sabrina’s face was spotless, completely unblemished. Celine, on the other hand, had two fresh pimples at the corner of her mouth, and the pores around her nose were embarrassingly large.

If it weren’t for layers of concealer, people would probably assume she was the older sister, not Sabrina.

She’d only meant to butter Sabrina up, hoping to catch her off guard, but it seemed everything she’d just said was painfully true. Sabrina really was that infuriatingly pretty.

The nerve of her! How could some girl who’d crawled out of a filthy gutter even deserve to live under the same roof?

Tomorrow, she’d make sure Sabrina was ruined—utterly and completely.

Celine nursed her venomous thoughts in silence.

Sabrina caught every flicker of Celine’s expression and arched a brow, a sly smile curling at her lips.

“Yeah, I’ve always had great skin. Never burn, never break out. But you? Look at those dark spots on your cheeks, and you’re so young—already getting blotchy. Plus, those pimples at the corner of your mouth, your skin looks dull, and your pores are all clogged. Wait, did you even wash your face?”

She gave Celine a once-over, her eyes full of obvious disdain.

Celine nearly exploded on the spot, practically tasting blood as she clenched her teeth.

She forced a strained, awkward laugh and hurried out of the room, slamming the door behind her.

As the sound of the door echoed through the hall, Sabrina’s smirk faded. She crossed to her vanity table, catching her own reflection in the mirror. Her fingertips traced her brows, her nose, every inch of her face.

This wasn’t a dream. She was real—flesh and blood.

She was Sabrina. Alive. Whole. She was finally back.

No more groveling.

No more weakness.

Her enemy was right in front of her—how could she not hate her?

Of course she hated her.
