She’s Back, and Hell’s Coming with Her novel Chapter 47

On the other side of town, deep beneath a country estate, in a cold, dim cellar—

Holly lay sprawled on the floor, her wrists tightly bound. The moment she regained consciousness, she realized she’d been dragged to this grim place.

At first, she thought the old man had sent someone to rough her up. But then she shook off the idea—no, the old bastard still needed her to give him a son. He wouldn't risk damaging her.

Across from her sat a young woman, barely out of her teens. There was something unsettling about her: a soft, youthful face paired with eyes far too dark and knowing for someone her age. Those eyes never left Holly.

“Who are you? What the hell do you want with me?” Holly’s voice echoed harshly off the damp walls. “Let me go right now, or you’ll live to regret it!”

She wasn’t scared—just furious. After all, she’d just been beaten black and blue by the old man last night, and now some little brat was playing games with her?

The girl—Sabrina—started walking toward her, slow and deliberate.

Without warning, Sabrina lashed out and kicked her hard.

Holly toppled over, cursing, just as a heavy boot pressed brutally down on her face, grinding into her skin.

She screamed in agony.

Not the face—God, not the face! She’d just had work done last month—

Now real fear crept in. This girl must have a grudge against her. Was she one of the old man’s new lovers?

No way.

While Holly was still lost in panicked speculation, a low, chilling voice cut through the air.

“Holly. It’s been a long time.”

Her heart lurched. What did she mean, a long time? Had this girl mistaken her for someone else?

She forced the words through clenched teeth: “You’ve… got…the wrong… person. I don’t…know you!”

Sabrina lifted her boot from Holly’s face, grabbed her by the collar, and started beating her without a flicker of emotion.

“Don’t know me?” she scoffed, her voice icy and calm. “We have a score to settle—one written in blood.”

When she finally let go, Holly was left gasping on the ground, her face swollen and smeared with blood.

But Sabrina gave her no time to recover. She picked up a knife, and with a swift, clinical motion, drove the blade deep into Holly’s thigh.

“This is for the leg you broke, all those years ago.”
