Chapter 47.

Daniel’s pov

I’m so damn pissed off at my dad for raising his voice in front of Angel, he was there when Doctor Phil told us what to be careful of but what do he end up doing? He show a display of anger and rage.

Seeing my baby shivering in fear because of my father, it’s truly breaking me. When she stood up and tear was running down her face I could see it in her eyes she was terrified.

When she bumped into Jayden and ended up curling up on his lap I just wanted to pull her into my arms but she was already in a memory and I don’t want to make it worse or worse make her scared

of me.

1 had to let Jay hold her, he is our friend and best friend with Ricky, Ricci, Rossi and Isaac and 1 know he will never do anything to hurt our sister, but he also don’t know what she have been going through. Seeing Angel clinging to Jay like her life depends on it, it breaks my heart.

I noticed the napkin in Angels hand and I saw it had some blood on it. I remember Angel was coughing and covered her mouth with it and quickly hid it on her lap.

I carefully took it out of her hands and looked at it, Theo came over and then they suddenly start talking about sedating my sister. This is so messed up, just because dad was not able to stay calm after hearing about the incident in the mall, my baby sister is in this state now.

I know my dad is tearing himself up right now and he didn’t mean for this to happen but for fuck sake talk about overreactions. “Daniel” I heard Jayden half whispered to me, guess he is careful to not trigger Angel more after hearing Theo explain it can make things worse for her.

I looked up at him and I see his face is full of worry. “What am I supposed to do? I don’t want to make things worse for Angelina!” he first asked looking at me before he said the last part looking at Angel in a way I have never seen on his face before.

I can’t decipher the look, but from what I can take out of it is that he care about my sister, he only meet her today, he is a player but I have never seen him like this. Jay looked back up at me waiting

for my answer.

I looked down a little on my plate that still have some food left on it. Then I looked back up at Jay who was looking back at Angel caressing her back slowly. She was still crying and shivering, even letting out a few whimpers.

When she do Jay stop moving seems like he is scared he is the reason for the whimpers but they still comes here and there when he isn’t moving. “Keep caressing her and whisper sweet things in her ear, maybe hearing your voice can draw her out of it.” I answered with a low voice.

Chapter 47.

He just look back at me like I have two head, “Man you know I’m not good at that kind of things and I don’t want to make things worse for her. He said with a low and worried voice.

I know he’s not that sweet talk kind of guy and right now he have my baby sister in his hands and our only way to draw her out of her terror.

“Everyone else except for Jay and Angel leave the dining room, we will go into the living room to give you some privacy to help Angel Jay! I’m sorry we have to leave this to you but we can make things worse than it is now, if we take her out of your arms.” Rex said stood up quietly and the rest of us followed.

I was the last one out before I left I looked at Jay “Please Jay take care of her and help my sister” he gave me a small nod then I took at Angel still clinging on to Jay, shivering and crying. I closed the door and walked into the living room and I could hear Rex yell at dad.

“What the fuck dad! You are so aware of what we need to look out for when it comes to Angel and one day at home and we throw her right into a panic attack!” Rex was mad and he is not the only one thats mad.

“Even when the incident happened at the mall she was not shivering, she was not scared” Rossi said to dad.

“She told me in the car on the way home that the dude pushed her, she hit him back, he bitch slapped her and she punched him in the face and before things could get worse the guards were there and Nathan was looking out for Angel, he was even close to punch me but then he saw it was me and he kept standing between Angel and the creep.” I explained then continued

“You overreacted dad, I know it’s hard to hear or see Angel have been injured but you need to watch your temper or you will make our Angelina scared of you or worse scare her away!” I said sitting down on the couch.

“I’m so sorry everyone I don’t know what came over me, I know I can’t yell or be angry like that around Angel, I know I fucked up badly. I just… I don’t know.. Seeing her hurt… We finally have her home and she get injured.. And I don’t blame any of you either.. So I’m not mad at any of you.. I’m so sorry..” Dad said with his head in his hand, voice filled with regret.

“I have contacted Nathan, he have sent over the security video of the hallway were it happened. I will show it on the tv screen here! Rex said.

We saw from when Angel went into the bathroom, she didn’t take long in there, then this dude stood outside the door waiting for her to come out, she open the door, we saw they exchanged a few words and Angel tried to walk past him.

We saw how he pushed her hard in her stomach, and how she punched him right in the solar plexus area, let me tell you that shit hurt like hell! We saw he stumble backwards and then give her a bitch slap and she punch him, then Nathan showed up and a few other guards beating the creep then we

“This can explain she coughing blood” Theo said. “How?” was all mom was able to get out. “The hard push to her stomach, she already have five broken ribs, and that push could have made it worse!” Theo explained.

“Wait she have five broken ribs? She walk around like she ain’t in any kind of pain, she smile, laugh and act like everything is fine! Damn that girl have my respect!” Isaac said in shock.
