Chapter 49.

Theodore’s pov

We were sitting in the living room after watching the interaction with Angelina and the creep. I’m so pissed off for him hitting my baby sister. I’m a doctor and is meant to save life but assholes like that

is who I wanna kill.

“Our baby sure know how to throw a punch” Luca said looking shocked on the tv. “My baby is stronger then she look!” mom said proud.

“Nathan have gotten the guy in one of our wearhouse, but our main priority is Angelina, we need to get her checked out, if she is coughing blood.” Rex said sternly but we all know he is worried.

“THEO” I heard Jayden shout out with panic in his voice. “What the fuck” I heard Isaac said shocked. “THEO ANGELINA NEED YOU!” I heard Jay shout with more panic in his voice.

I stood up fast running out the living room. “THEO” I heard he closer now, and what I see shocked me. They are looking like a bloodbath. Okay time to get into my doctor mode.

“Oh my god” I heard Daniel say quietly from behind me shocked. “What happened?” I asked Jay in my professional voice. I guiding him towards our medical wing while he is still carrying Angel.

“We were just talking a little after she had calmed down, then she started to cough then throw up he explained while we were running to the wing. We got into a room.

“Please lay her down here” I directed Jay towards the bed. I saw he carefully lay Angelina down on the bed, I turned around and I took of my suit jacket.

When I turned around again I got a good look at Jay he was covered in blood, Angel was covered in blood and she started to look white as a ghost. Jay keep looking down on Angel with such a worried

look.

Angel kept coughing and throwing up blood. I’m surprised she have more blood in that little body of hers. “Jay I need you to go out to wait with the others!” I said while finding a syringe to sedate Angel

with.

Then the rest of our medical team came in and Jay was still just standing there paralyzed. “Jay, we need room to work!” I said again, Then one of our nurses guided him out the door and we started to

work.

As soon as Angel was out cold due to the sedative we got all kinds of pictures of her, x–ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound. When we had all the pictures we saw that some of her broken ribs had tear a major artery and lung. So we need to cut her open and fix that right away.

Chapter 49.

Fabian our head doctor was leading the team and we had called in another doctor as well. John would be here in 20 minutes but we have to start now, we have Angel hooked up to a blood transfusion. We all had scrubbed in and we started our work.

Samuel’s pov

I feel like the worst father ever. I did this to my daughter, it’s my fault she is laying open on a table right now. I’m the one to blame. “Dad” What have I done to my baby?

I was aware what we had to look out for and be careful with and I let my anger get the best of me. “Dad“. My sons have not done anything wrong, and I should not have raised my voice at them at all!

“DAD” I heard Rex yell at me and it brought me out of my thoughts. I raise my head from my hands and look up on my oldest son. “I have called grandpa and our uncles they are all on their way and they are bringing John with them to help Angelina.” Rex informed me.

“Thank you Rex!” I said meekly. “Honey, don’t do this to yourself, this is not your fault. Yes you shouldn’t have raised your voice but this” my wife pointed to the door that lead to where my daughter is right now, “is not your fault.!” she said sternly.

Isabella know me so well, she know I’m blaming myself. “Dad Angel will be okay! She have the best team working on her right now! And she is strong! She is a fighter!” Daniel said sitting down right next to me putting a hand on my shoulder. I have raised some good kids, and I’m so proud of them all.

“Angelina is the strongest person I know, she will pull through! With everything she have gone through already, she is a fighter!” I heard Jay said quietly sitting on the floor across from the hallway to the door where Angel is.

I look at him, he is just staring at the door, it’s like he is in some kind of trance or shock. The poor guy look like he have survived a massacre. He is covered in blood from top to bottom.

“How do you know she have gone through a lot?” Isaac asked from beside him. The rest of us all look

around none of us have told anyone about what our angel have gone through, we have not even told

the rest of our family that is on their way here.

“She told me!” was all he said and I saw a tear run down his cheeks. “What did she tell you?” it was

Lukas that asked him that. Jay took a deep breath, closed his eyes then he looked at Lukas.

“She said she have been beaten, stabbed, slashed, shot, whipped, raped and sold off for as long as

she could remember!” he answered then looked back at the door.

How the hell have this guy been able to have our angel open up to him so fast. She have personally not told any of us what she have been going through, she have hinted to she have not had a good life and not felt any love before coming here. But she have not open up about specifics to us.

Chapter 49

We all were quiet for a little, then Rex said “We should go down to the living room and wait for the rest of the family there, we have a lot of explaining to do when they comes. And right now we don’t do any good sitting here!”

We all reluctantly get up and walk down to our living room, all of us would rather stay here waiting for any new about Angel but Rex is right and here we will also just be in the way.
