Chapter 55.

Angelina’s pov

I could see so many different emotions in his eyes, everything from worry, confusion, sadness, shock, love and most of all I could see he was afraid. Why is he afraid? He have no reason to be afraid.

“Rex why do you look so afraid?” I asked with a big questionmark on my face and I could see everyone else had shock on theirs, including Rex. “How can you tell Rex is afraid?” Theo asked still in

shock.

Which made me even more confused. I looked at Theo with a confused look, “I can see it in his eyes, same as in yours. Why are you afraid?” Lasked Theo this time.

Rex put his hand on my cheek again to make me look at him, “Baby, hearing that you even consider leaving is scaring me to death! No matter what we will be okay with it! So please never talk about leaving us again!” He said with so many emotions in his voice.

“We just got you back, and we never want to see you leave us again sis, so please no matter what always stay with us!” Daniel walked up to the bed with such a sad look on his face.

I looked at the rest of my brothers and they also looked so sad. And honestly it warmed my heart. that they don’t want to see me leave, so all I can do is hope they will accept me for who I am and what I have been going through.

I put a small smile on my face and looked back up at Rex. “I promise” Was all I said and he leaned down giving me a hug before I was able to react. “Thank you!” He whispered in my ear.

“Before we get everyone together we need to make sure you are physically okay!” The other doctor that was standing next to Theo spoke. “Hello Angelina, I’m Doctor John Tanner, you said earlier you were in some pain, where exactly is the pain?” Doctor John said.

“Before Angelina answered that,” Rex said before he turned to look at my other brothers, Jay and Isaac. “I need you guys to get everyone gathered in the living room and we will bring Angel down

with us” he said to them.

They first looked back at me and I gave them a small smile and a nod and they reluctantly left the room. “Okay Angel please answer Doctor John’s question.” he said with his smiling face.

“Well, I feel the pain from where you have cut into me, I feel the pain from my five broken ribs, my left shoulder is still super sore after having it dislocated twice in a very short period of time, normally I have some healing time before I get it dislocated so honestly it hurt like crazy but I can handle that, my right knee is also super sore but bearable pain. I feel my heart have been threw the ringer and it’s beating a bit too irregular but I hope that will pass, it’s actually making me very

exhausted. I know I have a heart condition that have stayed with me for a few years after a beating, I

have just hoped that it would sort itself out since Victor and Margarethe didn’t let me seek medical aid. Then the only thing left is my headache but that is after a concussion I have gotten from a beating from Victor! I finish explaining it all.

And the four man left in the room were all just standing there with the jaw hitting the floor, shock clear on their face, rage in their eyes but I can tell it’s not directed at me.

I was just sitting there looking at each one of them and after a few seconds of them still just staring at me I said “So can we go and talk to the family now? looking up at Rex.

That snapped them out of the trance. “Welcome back” I chuckled. “You are amazing was all I heard from Fabian still shocked though. I looked at him “Huh?” was all I could say.

“Your medical expertise in on point!” Theo said also very shocked. “Where have you leaned medisin?” John asked me. “Nowhere really just by myself and school library or internet” I chuckled a little.

“Well you are correct, you have broken ribs, concussion and some heart issues and will need to take this heart medication every morning.” Fabian said giving me a little pill and a bottle of water he had

in his doctor coat.

I took the pill and swallowed it down with the water. And here is some painkillers for you as well” John gave me those and I swallowed them down as well.

“You know honey, you truly do amaze me, you have had a hard life but you are still able to put a smile on your face! I honestly look up to you!” Theo said to me gripping one of my hands.

I chuckled again, “Big bro you always have to look down on me!” That made all of them let out a little laugh. “You know what I mean silly!” Theo said with a happy expression on his face.

“Yes I do brother, and thank you!” I said reaching my hands out to show him I wanted a hug. He didn’t hesitate before he leaned down and gave me a good hug!

Rex went over to a chair by the door picked up some clothes I had not noticed, he came back to the bed and handed me the clothes. “Here is some clothes for you, mom got them from your room” he

explained.

“Do you need any help getting it on?” He asked me. I looked at the clothes, it’s a royal blue sports bra, underwear, a Sea blue zip hoodie and baby blue shorts and socks.

But I know I would struggle getting it on, and I don’t really think I want one of my brothers see me naked. “Yes, I will need help but maybe one of the doctors can help? I don’t feel comfortable having my brothers seeing me naked. I answered with a small smile.

And I swear I could see Rex and Theo blush a little. The two doctors laughed at Rex and Theo’s reaction. “Yes, I will wait right outside the door and I will carry you down to the living room:” Rex said heading out the door with Theo.

Chapter 55.

At first I thought it would be a bit to much having both of the doctor helping me get dressed, but it really was needed, I can’t move a lot, my entire body is super sore, I guess that is from the surgery.

After about ten minutes we were done and we called Rex back in. He walked up to me and kissed my forehead before he said “Baby, you look so beautiful“.

“Are you ready?” he asked me, and I gave him a nod and he picked me up bridal style and the four of us walked out of the room, or I guess the three of them walked and I was carried.
