"No way," Drusilla replied with a dismissive wave of her hand. "Enoch and I? That's just not happening, Verena. Drop the wild ideas! Oh, and if Blythe ends up calling you about Colton and Cormac, just say the kids are yours and your ex's. Don't spill the beans, okay?"

"But why?" Verena's brow furrowed in confusion. "Don't you want to find their dad?"

"Find their dad and then what? Have his family find out and take the kids away from me? What would I do then?" Drusilla retorted.
