Rania blushed when she heard that, she wanted to scurry away, but her body simply didn’t want to cooperate with her. She was annoyed because Maximus was laughing at her clumsy attempt to get away from him.
“You are not going anywhere, love.” He captured her nipple with his teeth, bit on it lightly before he licked away the pain. He knew she loved it. She wouldn’t escape him at this point. “Where do you think you are going?”
Rania felt the dress was uncomfortable. The heat from the sun, and the heat from within her body simply unbearable. She wanted to get rid of this fabric that stuck to her skin.
She wanted to feel her mate without any obstruction.
“I told you, you are so eager.” Maximus helped Rania to get rid of her dress, and when the wind caressed her naked body, Rania sighed in relief, especially when the king position himself between her legs. “Hm, you are always so ready for me.” He licked her earlobe, and made her body shivered.
It didn’t take long for the king to be inside his queen. She felt so warm and tight, just perfect, the way he needed her.
“Fuck, Rania…” Maximus growled against her ear.
Rania was so close, she bit Maximus’s shoulder, so close, she could feel herself was going to combust, but all of sudden, Maximus pushed her away, and pulled away from her.
“Fuck!” He cursed angrily, as he grabbed Rania’s dress, and then stood up to put on his boxer. There was a stream line of curses came from his mouth, as he walked away from the confused Rania.
What happened? Rania felt there was a hollow deep in her stomach. She was left hanging! But, it was not like Maximus got to finish either.
She immediately put on her dress. If suddenly Maximus pulled away from her in the middle of their love making, it could only mean one thing; there was an intruder that came to this direction and interrupted their steamy moment.
Ugh!
Rania wanted to see who it was.
It was not difficult for her to find Maximus, since his voice was rather hard at the edge, and his massive figure in the garden of flower was hard to miss.
In front of the king, Eiten was smiling timidly at Rania, he waved his hand a little when he saw her approach
them.
Maximus had his back against her, but he knew that his mate was walking closer.
“We will talk in the war room, go there now.” Maximus glared at Eiten.
“Can’t I say hi to her first?” Eiten didn’t know that they were in the middle of it, he came because all of the

servants said the two of them were here. He came straight from the main gates to give Maximus a report, and also to join in the war against the Barlukan.
Who would have thought that he had come in the wrong time.
Yet, he didn’t feel guilty at all, he was still smiling happily to see Rania.
“Go now, before 1 kicked your butt off to the Barlukan.” Maximus warned his gamma sternly, and this managed to make Eiten relent.
“Fine, fine.” Eiten smirked at Rania, and then grinned, as he waved his hand at her, as she was standing slightly behind Maximus. “Nice to see you again, Rania. You look… great.”
And that was when Maximus lifted his leg to kick him.
Thankfully, Eiten saw it and dodged it rather smoothly, as he walked away from them, while laughing heartily.
“I am going to put him in the frontline as a cannon fodder,” Maximus was grumbling.
Rania knew that Maximus wouldn’t do that, she was smiling at him and patted his back. Eiten was annoying, but she was glad to see the gamma again. She was kind of miss him.
“I am sorry, but I have to leave.” Maximus walked back with Rania to the wisteria tree where he left the rest of his shirt and pants there. “But, I promise, I will make it up to you tonight.”
Rania blushed when she heard that and Maximus groaned.
“Stop seducing me, I have an important meeting to attend.” He leaned over and kissed her lips, but when he pulled away, it almost looked like a physical pain for him to be apart with his mate.
Meanwhile, Rania was confused. When did she seduce him? He was being unfair.
And with that, the king left Rania at the garden, as she continued to read her book and sleep under the tree. The wind was very nice, it carried the flowery scent from the flowers around. It was relaxing and Rania thought she would do this often.
However, the peacefulness that Rania felt under the wisteria tree couldn’t be felt in the war room, it was the complete opposite, as the tension could suffocate you.
