Chapter 57
“Where did she get so much money?” Hazel stared wide-eyed at the bank card in Melvin’s hand, her face full of disbelief.
Immediately, she frowned fiercely again. “I was wondering why she didn’t spend any money in the Fairbank family for four years! So she transferred all the Fairbank family’s money into her own private property!”
Otherwise, how could Sienna, a country girl, have 200 thousand dollars?
This money clearly belonged to the Fairbank family!
“All the things you bought for her don’t add up to even 30 thousand dollars! How did she turn those things into 30 thousand? Did she take anything in her room? Is anything missing? Did you usually give her any pocket money?”
Melvin really didn’t know what Pansy was thinking. He took the bank card, turned around, and left. “Now that we have the money, hurry to the Moon Restaurant. If we can run into someone from the Cooper family, it’s Sienna’s credit.”

Sienna dozed off in the room for a while and was woken up by her phone ringing.
It was Gavin from Orlathis Hospital.
She narrowed her bright eyes, answered the call, and heard Gavin’s urgent voice coming from the other end. “Miss Cooper, I’m sorry to bother you, but we have an emergency.
“The girl you saved from the car accident last week suddenly has severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, and a sharp drop in blood pressure. Regular medications aren’t working well, and I really have no choice but to bother you.”
Sienna frowned slightly, and the girl who had been accidentally hit by Eden came to mind. She was only seventeen or eighteen years old.
She remembered that after everything was settled, the young girl did not pursue Eden’s responsibility.
She also called during that time, her tone full of gratitude to Sienna. She even took all the blame for the car accident on herself, hoping that Eden wouldn’t feel guilty about it.
She was indeed a kind and innocent girl.
Sienna still had to clean up this mess.
“Okay. I’ll be right there.” Sienna hung up the phone and immediately got up.
She quickly washed her face, took a bottle from the drawer, and casually stuffed it into her canvas bag.
She picked up her bag and walked out the door.
kun on nervousness and
worry. “Miss…”
“I know. Let’s go.” Sienna slung the bag over her shoulder and strode downstairs.
Eden looked at Sienna’s back, his eyes a little red. He felt grateful and worried at the same time, and quickly followed.
Downstairs, Pansy was making desserts when she saw Sienna with a bag. “Sienna, are you going out again?”
“Yes, something came up.” Sienna nodded.
Pansy looked reluctant, and her eyes were full of heartache. “Then, tonight…”
Sienna checked the time. “After I’m done, Eden will take me to Moon Restaurant.”
Although Pansy felt reluctant, she knew Sienna was busy with important matters. There was nothing she could do to help, nor could she hold her back, so she urged, “Be careful, and come to Moon Restaurant to meet us when you’re done. We’ll inform Moon Restaurant in advance.”
Sienna gave an “Mm” and left in a hurry with Eden.
In the corner of the corridor, the nanny Beatriz peeked out, watching the direction in which the two disappeared, and her eyes slightly narrowed.
Only when Sienna was far away did she take out her phone and send a message to Amanda. [Eden took that damned girl out. I don’t know where they’re going, but they seem to be in a hurry.]
As soon as Sienna and Eden arrived at Orlathis Hospital, the gray-haired Gavin was personally waiting there. When he saw Sienna, it was as if he had seen a life-saving straw, and he rushed up.
He said politely, “Miss Cooper, you’ve finally arrived. Miss Brown is now in the special care ward, and we can only temporarily stabilize her vital signs…”
Sienna walked quickly. “What was the specific trigger? Wasn’t the situation stable?”
When that girl called her, her voice sounded like she had recovered very well.
Gavin said, “This afternoon, a girl claiming to be Miss Brown’s friend came to visit. The two were alone for about half an hour, and Miss Brown’s emotions suddenly spiraled out of control…”
Sienna frowned slightly, “Friend? Out of control?”
Gavin nodded, and then, as he walked, he briefly told Sienna about the patient’s condition.
The two walked all the way to the special care ward.
Two figures stood outside the door. Sienna saw the tall and graceful figure standing against the wall at a glance.
The man’s face was gloomy, and his whole body was filled with a depressing aura. His handsome and charming face didn’t have the laziness and casualness of the past.
His slender and distinct hand held a cigarette. The ash was already long, but he didn’t move at all.
Next to him stood another equally handsome man with gray hair, pacing back and forth.
Hearing the sound, he looked up, and his eyes widened when he saw Sienna’s face. “Oh, it’s you…?”
Sienna narrowed her eyes and glanced at the man.
She didn’t recognize him.
“Miss Cooper.” Mason’s sharp eyes lit up slightly when he saw Sienna.
He put out the cigarette in his hand and threw it into the trash can. “Let’s go in and have a look.”
Sienna glanced at the special care ward and then at Mason.
“The girl lying inside is my younger sister.” Mason paused, then added, “My biological sister.”
“Okay.”
It turned out that the “life-saving favor” Mason mentioned before referred to her saving Sophie’s life.
Sienna pushed the door open and entered the special care ward, her eyes falling on the girl lying on the bed.
Sophie’s face was pale, and she was connected to various instruments, looking even more fragile than on the day of the car accident.
Sienna walked to the bedside without hesitation.
A complete set of traditional medicine equipment was already prepared beside her.
“Gentlemen, please step aside for a moment.” Sienna put down her canvas bag.
Miles was stunned for a moment. He looked at Sienna and wanted to say something, but Mason grabbed his arm and pulled him out of the ward.
Sienna reached out and lifted Sophie’s quilt, unbuttoned a few buttons, and gently pressed a few acupoints on
her heart.
