“Starting today, the translation team will be divided into two groups. Heidi will lead the first group, primarily handling international project translations, while Gisselle will head the second group, responsible for matters in Dalea. Camilla has been promoted to manager of the translation team, and HR is recruiting over a dozen new team members. You can each make your selections.”

Gisselle blinked, stunned.

Camilla wasn’t surprised. She had long known that the company intended to split the translation team into domestic and international project groups.

Eden looked at Gisselle and said, “Kate will be your assistant, but it’s up to you whether to accept. If you do, train her well.”

Gisselle finally regained her composure. “Yes, Mr. Olson! I won’t let Mr. Frost or you down!”

This was such a trivial matter that Damian didn’t need to announce it himself, so Eden had relayed it instead.

Their operations in Dalea were slowly expanding. A department couldn’t run on just one team leader.

“Mr. Burton came just to back Kate up?” Camilla asked.

Eden sighed. “Probably. I don’t know what they talked about.”

Kate wasn’t fired, nor was her probation canceled as a result of the incident that day.

“You useless thing,” Camilla muttered. She disliked incompetent individuals who created chaos in the workplace.

Eden chuckled. “Alright, alright, calm down.”
