“Hey,” Jace greeted me after he opened the door. His eyes looked hopeful, and I hated that all I could do was shake my head. He nodded in understanding before stepping back to allow me inside. “Leah won’t get out of bed.” He told me as I followed him to the kitchen. “The cops are useless.”
Fuck yeah they are. Greasy, slimy bas.tards. Pretty sad when a biker calls you those things. “We’re looking into it, Jace,” I reminded him. “You got people on your side.”
“Yeah, well, forgive me, but I think I’ll be a little moody until I get my daughter back,” he snapped.
I pressed my lips into a line. I get it. The man is hurting.
After a moment, Jace sighed.
“I’m sorry,” he said. “You didn’t deserve that. We really appreciate your club doing something. It’s more than I can say for these fu.cking police officers.”
“I’m sorry that I can’t do more,” I told him. “Wish that I could snap my fingers and find her, man, I really do.”
Jace turned around to face me. He gave me a mug of steaming coffee that I gladly took. Then we sat down at the table. The parents of these missing kids always react differently, but the same. Either, they can’t stand talking to anyone at all, or try their best to go about their daily lives. I want to be there for them no matter what, even if we just sit in silence. Granny always says that it’s important to not feel alone during your worst times.
“The people that took her… They were professionals, weren’t they?” Jace finally asked after a
moment.
“It seems that way, yeah,” I replied honestly. We aren’t really sure who these guys are, but it’s clear that they’ve been doing this for a long time and know what they’re doing.
“Shouldn’t the police be more… I don’t know… involved if it looked professional?” he asked, leaning his elbows on the table. “I mean… Luna wasn’t even the tenth kid to get kidnapped around here lately. Shouldn’t they… be more concerned about that?”
Those cops are getting sloppy if random people are starting to notice it too. They must be

confident, but I don’t understand why. Do they really think they could take over the town when the Inferno’s Demon Riders are here? Why do they seem so confident that they could beat us?
“You’re right, they should be,” I agreed with Jace. “Can’t tell ya why they’re acting the way that they are. They ain’t doing their jobs though, and that shows. Just… don’t even bother with them anymore, Jace. The club will get Luna back for you. I promise.”
I hope I can keep that promise. It’s been two weeks and we’ve seen nothing. The cameras. that CG had hacked into had been replaced. Must have been a precaution they took when they saw someone had broken into the warehouse. We have no idea if they know it was me or not, but we haven’t caught anyone tailing me yet.
The files CG got are still being broken down. It’s a lot of information for just him to go through too. We still have our guys stationed all over town, but so far, nothing suspicious has come or gone. It doesn’t make sense. They should have left with Luna and whatever other kids they have.
Do they know we’re onto them? Did they sneak out of town somehow? Do we have a rat in
the club?
Normally, I would say no to that question right away. Some of our brothers do some questionable things, but they would never betray the club, never betray Karma. As a matter of fact, other chapters look down on our club because our members are so loyal to Karma, not just the patch or club. They fear it, and we eat that sh.it up.
However, there is one bast.ard lately that’s been causing problems. And the more I think about it, the more I feel like his timing of joining the club was just a little too convenient. I mean, he showed up around the time that Blythe ran away from her hubby, if I remember correctly.
I need to figure this sh.it out.
“She’s pregnant,” Jace suddenly blurted, pulling me from my thoughts again. I looked up at him in shock. “She found out two days before Luna was taken. Doctors say it’s a miracle that she hasn’t miscarried yet. With all the stress. I feel like they were telling us what to expect. She’s only nine weeks along. We were going to wait until the second trimester to tell Luna.”
“Jace… that’s… wonderful news. You guys are gonna have another baby,” I said gently.
“Yeah, if Leah doesn’t miscarry,” he replied, his voice devoid of emotion. “I don’t think Leah will forgive herself if she miscarries…”
“Hey, you just focus on your wife, okay?” I said. “Let me handle finding Luna.”
I need to find that girl.

“You look exhausted.”
I looked up to see Blythe standing in the doorway of bedroom.
my
“What you doing here Short Cake?” I asked as I continued to take my boots off.
“Granny and I were having a movie night,” she told me.
“Surprised Dragon let you out of his sight,” I commented, smirking at her.
Bly leaned against the door–frame and smiled at me.
“He said Karma needed him for something,” she said. “Whatever club business you guys got going on right now.”
“And Granny’s was the best place for you?” I asked. “She don’t even live on the compound.”
“Yet, you’re here tonight,” she replied.
“I needed a break from everything,” I admitted. “You know I get peace out here.” Then I gave her a sheepish look. “I’m sorry I didn’t know you were here. Saw the TV on and thought Granny was asleep on the couch and snuck in through the back. Sorry, Shorty.”
Bly snorted and took a step into my room.
“Why are you sorry? You’re allowed to be human, Chayton,” she said, and I swear I fu.cking melted on the spot. “You okay though?”
“Yeah,” I said as I stood up and took my cut off, laying it on my dresser. “Went and saw Jace today. It was just rough.”
“I’m sure…” She mumbled sadly. “I’m sure they’re both a wreck still.”
“That’s always an understatement,” I muttered.
“Want some help forgetting about it?” Bly asked as I stripped out of my shirt. I looked at her, and we stared at each other for a moment. Then she slowly closed my bedroom door and locked it. She stayed there though, leaning her back against it as her face started to go red in the best ways.
“Sweetness,” I said teasingly.
“I want all of you,” Bly blurted out. “I have no idea how it’s all supposed to work, but we can figure that out later. I just… want you. I want to make you feel better.”

Bly pushed off the door and slowly walked towards me. I didn’t move. Of course, I didn’t. I wanted whatever she was willing to give me.
“I’m learning how to forgive you all more and more every day,” she said softly as she placed her hands on my chest.
Then, much to my surprise, Bly shoved me backwards. It caught me off guard and I fell backwards onto my bed. Bly giggled as she crawled on top of me. Her lips were on mine in an instant, and I was in fu.cking heaven. I kissed Blythe back as my hands moved to her hips. Things were getting heated fast, and I really didn’t want to stop, but…
“B–babe… you sure? Granny is home,” I said.
Bly didn’t care at all. Her lips went straight to my neck, sucking and licking me. My eyes rolled back, and my hands moved to grip her a.ss. Hard. Hard enough to make her gasp against
For fu.ck’s sake.
“G–Granny is knocked out cold,” Bly stuttered. “Trust me, nothing is waking her up. Part of the reason I was spending the night was to make sure she got up in time for something with her friends in the morning.”
Her hands moved down my bare chest to my jeans. I already had them unzipped and unbuttoned. Bly wasted no time reaching inside and gripping my shaft. I jolted, slightly dazed by her eagerness.
“Hey, Chayton… wanna spank me?” She whispered in my ear, giggling.
“Hell yeah I do, baby,” I groaned.
I stood up with Bly in my arms. She squealed and giggled as I threw her on the bed. Before she could scramble to get up, I grabbed her hips and yanked her a.ss into the air.
“You always wear my clothes when you’re here?” I asked as I ran my hands up her bare thighs, pushing my shirt off her body.
“When I go to sleep, yes,” she replied. “I was going to watch one more episode of that show before crawling under your covers. I like smelling like you.”
That did something to me. Made me snap in some weird, possessive way. She likes smelling like me. Because she knows she belongs to me.
“I’m spanking you until your a.ss is red,” I muttered.

I didn’t give Bly a chance to reply before I landed my first hit. She jolted, squeaked, and then moaned when I rubbed it all better. I did it again and again, landing a few in a row before rubbing the sting. Bly started to push back, and all her squeals turned to moans. I could tell she loved it.
“Fu.ck, your a.ss is pretty all red like this,” I murmured before spanking her again.
“Ah! Yes! Chayton, more!” She cried out.
