Married to Mafla Boss
Chapter 41
Alia POV
The air was thick with tension, Gabriel’s threats still echoed in my ears when a deep, magnetic voice called my name from behind
Alia.”
Marco stood there in a perfectly tailored navy blue suit, tall and commanding. Ilis presence immediately drew the attention of everyone around.
Without hesitation, he walked to my side and gently pulled me close. His fingers delicately brushed away the fine strands of hair from my forehead.
“Sorry to keep you waiting,” he said softly in Italian, his warm breath caressing my skin.
I instantly felt an overwhelming sense of relief. My shoulders relaxed as I found myself leaning against his solid frame.
“How was work?” I asked quietly..
Marco held my hand, his gaze never leaving mine, his thumb drawing small circles on my palm. “Everything’s taken care of. I’m treating you to a special dinner tonight.”
I nodded, responding tenderly: “Okay.”
Marco took my hand and led me toward the exit. Throughout the entire exchange, he never once glanced at Gabriel, as if the man didn’t exist at all.
Gabriel watched our retreating figures, taking a moment to recover from his shock.
This was his first encounter with Marco, and Marco had effortlessly exuded such an intense, dominating presence that just standing next to him made Gabriel feel shorter by comparison.
Despite being the heir to the Red Scorpion family, Gabriel was so furious that he grabbed a coffee cup and hurled it across the room.
The force was so great that it caused nearby customers to turn and stare. He pulled out his phone, fingers frantically tapping the screen as he barked orders to the person on the other end.
“Find out immediately if Aliya is legally married to this Marco Vittorio. In half an hour, I want to see their marriage records, witnesses, everything!”
Through the restaurant’s front window, Gabriel’s gaze followed us until he saw Marco and me get into an older model Maserati.
Gabriel’s lips curled into a contemptuous sneer, his eyes burning with rage. Driving such a beat–up car and daring to compete with him for a woman–the man clearly didn’t know his place.
As the car pulled away from the curb, I couldn’t help looking back toward the restaurant. I could feel Gabriel’s piercing gaze still watching us through the glass.
Marco gently squeezed my hand. “Remember what I told you at home last night?”
I looked confused: “What?”
He quietly adjusted the car’s temperature higher and said with resignation: “You’ve forgotten. Let me help you remember.”
I: “Wha-
Before I could finish, Marco cupped the back of my head and pressed his lips against mine,
He gently bit my soft red lips before releasing me and asking: “Do you remember now?”
His sudden intimate gesture left my mind in complete disarray. I had already forgotten what he’d just said, blinking my bright eyes in confusion as I looked at him.

I couldn’t help feeling that Marco had completely transformed today. Usually so quiet and reserved, now he was actively leading gu
“As a wife,” he said calmly, ‘you need to trist your husband one hundred percent.
I nodded instinctively.
Twenty minutes later, Maico pulled up in front of Portano’s most upscale pet boutique, I had mentioned wanting to buy something for Lots gerenday, and surprisingly, he remembered.
In the store, I carefully selected German imported cat food, comparing ingredients and prices. From the corner of my eye, I caught Marco leaning against the counter, quietly watching me.
Marco noticed how meticulously I checked each label and how I questioned the shop owner about nutritional content.
Meanwhile, across town in a private clinic, Gabriel Castro stared at his phone screen in disbelief.
His subordinate had just sent him marriage certificate confirmation–a legal document proving that I had indeed married Marco Vittorio one month ago. In a fit of rage, he smashed his phone against the wall, watching furiously as it shattered.
“Find me all the information on Cortez Tech, he ordered the nervous Ricardo in the corner, “I want their company systems completely compromised.
Ricardo trembled as he spoke: “Miss Alia hasn’t had any boyfriends in these three years.-No one could have predicted her sudden marriage a month ago.
“A month ago?” Gabriel immediately caught the key phrase. “Wasn’t that when we were working on the Phantom Game project?”
Ricardo nodded: “That’s right.”
Gabriel instantly calmed down, thinking: “So she might have sensed I was coming for her and deliberately married some man to spite me. What if their marriage is fake?”
Ricardo lowered his head, not daring to answer such a question.
With this thought, Gabriel’s expression brightened: “Have someone investigate whether their marriage is fake.”
Ricardo replied: “Sir, this can’t be faked. Marriage is legally registered. They are legitimate spouses in the eyes of the law. As for what happens between husband and wife–living in the same house, sleeping in the same bed…”
‘Shut up!‘ Gabriel slammed his fist on the desk, barely containing his anger before continuing, “Tell Roberto to hurry up, I want to see Cortez Tech in dire straits within a week.”
