Married to Mafla Boss

Chapter 51

Alia POV

Alia, trust me, you’re the only wontan I have.Marco looked at me, his intense gaze making me believe him a little more.

Thinking about Marco’s actions over this period, I began to wonder if I had overthought things. I shouldn’t judge him as having an affait with another woman just based on a photo or a silhouette.

But upon further reflection, I hesitated again. Just like in the past, I never imagined Gabriel would betray me, yet in the end, he did.

I didn’t want history to repeat itself. While things hadn’t yet affected our lives too deeply, it would be better for both of us to part ways sooner rather than later.

After careful consideration, I spoke again, Marco, it’s not that I don’t want to trust you, but I truly can’t trust you one hundred percent. Besides, there’s no love between us, and not many people even know about our marriage. With your status, if we divorce, there will surely be plenty of women eager to marry you.

When I said these words, I was very rational and composed, showing no trace of emotional fluctuation. Only I knew how much my heart ached inside.

Over this period, Marco had been exceptional in every way in my eyes. I had thought the two of us could keep going like this forever.

Alia, is this how you’ve always viewed our relationship in your heart?Marco frowned, speaking in a low, gloomy tone.

I bit my lip and nodded.

Suddenly, Marco cupped my face and fiercely kissed my lips again.

No, this wasn’t a kissit was a bite. I felt a sharp pain as blood trickled down from the corner of my mouth.

Like a vampire, Marco sucked on my blood, a sweet taste mixed with the metallic tang spreading through our mouths.

The pain in my mouth was unbearable. I couldn’t push him away, so I pinched him hard. I used a lot of strength, and though Marco felt the pain, he still didn’t let go.

After what felt like an eternity, long enough that I thought I might suffocate in his embrace, he finally released me.

He looked at me, his gaze as if he wanted to devour me

Marco, do you think this solves anything? We’re adults. Please face our issues headon instead of constantly avoiding them. As I spoke, I pursed my bitten lips, still looking at him with a gentle gaze.

Since I had laid everything out today, I wanted a clear answer, yet he was using this method to dodge the issue.

My calmness and seemingly indifferent attitude infuriated Marco. He thought that even if there was no love in our marriage, it wasn’t so fragile as to crumble so easily.

He didn’t even understand why I would suddenly bring up the idea of separation.

Alia, it seems you’ve never taken to heart anything I’ve said.Dropping these cold words, Marco turned and went to the study.

Watching his retreating figure, I stood there, stunned for a while.

The things he said?

Marco hadn’t said much, but I could remember most of i

Chapter 51

Marco wasn’t an impulsive man; everything he did was carefully thought out.

I hesitated again. Could it be that I really overthought things? Maybe that silhouette just happened to resemble Marco, but it was actually im

I took out my phone and checked Twitter again. Strangely, the news that had been trending at number one this morning had vanished without a making me feel as though everything that happened was just my imagination.

Meanwhile, in the study, Marco received a call from Luca, who briefly explained the scandal caused by Sabrina. However, the Black Hawk Connell had thready handled the matter cleanly.

He should have known that Sabrina, the troublemaker, wouldn’t do something so intimate for no reason. Turns out, he had unknowingly been tricked by that little girl again.
