Today, they came here to pick up the custom dress and film a few wedding scenes inside the bridal shop.
But things went downhill fast the moment Lydia spotted the dress. The second she saw it, she wanted it. She threw a fit, shouting that she’d pay extra if they sold it to her instead.
Patrick couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
Lately, Lydia had been really stressed out about her wedding. Jasper couldn’t care less, and Tybalt and Sylvia refused to spend a dime–not even for wedding gifts. They were just sitting back, watching her struggle.
To make it worse, Lydia had just learned that Jasper was broke.
Tybalt had already taken most of Jasper’s assets back, and the Fenton Group was sinking fast. Jasper’s investments were falling apart because he didn’t bother managing anything.
Lydia was furious and desperate. The more they refused to help, the more she wanted to make the wedding perfect.
Honestly, the dress didn’t even matter anymore. Lydia just needed someone to take her anger
out on.
Jasper sat off to the side, completely detached, like he couldn’t care less how embarrassing she got. He didn’t even blink.
The more he ignored her, the angrier and crazier Lydia got.
Everyone on set just froze. The groom was like a background prop, the bride was going off the rails, and their real–life fight was way juicier than the actual script.
Then, Jasper caught sight of Claudia walking in, and his chest tightened.
Claudia had always been the bride in his heart
Not wanting her to see him in the pathetic mess, he yanked Lydia’s wrist and barked, “That’s enough! We’re leaving!”
The venue and dress belonged to someone else. Lydia was just causing chaos for no reason.
Lydia also spotted Claudia, and it just made her even angrier about Jasper’s attitude.

“Jasper! You’re married! Did you forget who your wife is?!” she screamed, slapping him so hard that her nails left bright red marks.
Jasper snapped and slapped her right back, “You’ve completely lost it!”
“You hit me?!” Lydia shrieked, holding her face in shock.
Then, she lunged at him again furiously.
Patrick was stunned, wishing the two would take their fight outside.
But it didn’t stop there. Just as Whitney motioned for the crew to wait, figuring she and Claudia might as well enjoy the show, another person barged in.
“Lydia!”
Clarence burst in, clutching a folder, his face twisted with fury as he charged straight at Lydia.
Lydia was still tangled up with Jasper when Clarence grabbed her by the neck and lifted her right off the floor.
“Do you even realize how crucial that patent was? You just destroyed the Lancasters!” he shouted.
Lydia gasped and clawed at his arm, choking out, “Let me go.
…
Jasper, his face still red from earlier, didn’t help her. He just stood there watching coldly.
Patrick, meanwhile, was completely losing it.
What on earth is happening right now?
“Stop it! You’re gonna kill her! You’ll be charged with murder!” Patrick yelled through the crew’s megaphone, his voice booming across the room as Clarence nearly strangled Lydia.
Claudia and Whitney, who had smartly stayed out of the chaos, just covered their ears and stayed quiet.
Patrick looked completely drained, his patience gone.
