Chapter 11.

Rex Vitorio’s pov

That snapped us all out of the trance we all were in. I cleared my throat before taking back my phone from dad, who then just kept looking at me with tears in his eyes.

Rex “Is this girl with you at the moment?” I asked turning very serious.

Kai – “She was with us earlier, but no matter how much we tried to keep her here with us, she was pleading to go back home because she was scared of what her parents could do to us. I swear this is the most kind hearted girl that have ever walked this earth! Don she need to get out!”

Betty’s pov

Yeah having Kai set my shoulder today was more or less a waste of time, even though I loved I was able to spend time with my family even with all the tears that was felt.

Once I got home Victor was waiting for me, I had Kai drop me off a few house down the road so Victor wouldn’t see his car. I do not want Kai or anyone of the other one to get Victors wrath.

I know they can handle themselves but I also do not want to take any chances! Once I got in the door, Victor was fast at grabbing me by the hair and the wound on the back of my head from the beer bottle earlier that morning hurt like a motherfucker.

He tossed me straight to the wall, broke a few decorating items around the house while doing so, I landed on my left shoulder and it got dislocated again. Margrethe walked up to me with beer bottle and I knew I was in for a hell of a night.

Axel’s pov

We are still on a call with Don and the rest of the top leadership of our mafia, I feel my phone ringing in my pocket. I look at the caller id and I see it’s Betty and she never call at this time.

I felt how my whole body got filled up with anxiety. I know the Don was on the speaker but I could not, not take this call after what she told us today. So i did answerer.

Axel – “Betty hey is everything okay?” I asked with worry laced in my voice.

The entire room fell quiet, even the Don and the rest of the leaders on the other side.

Axel “Betty are you there?” I started to panic more since she didn’t answer.

“Put it on speaker!” I heard Don/said from the other side of the phone call from Kai’s phone. I did put it on speaker and put the phone on the table. It was completely silent in the room even from the call from Betty for a bit before all hell broke loose.

We could hear the sound of high heels clack on a wooden floor before we heard glass breaking. “Your

stupid bitch, where have you been all day? we heard a woman sneer I guess that was her mom Margarethe.

“Have you been whoring around again today?” a male voice I guess it’s her father Victor. The sound is a bit muffled so I guess this is a pocket dial. Then I heard Betty suddenly whimper in pain and then gasping for

air.

I looked around in the room and I could see all of us turn pale! We now know that Betty is getting a beating, and man I tell you it’s eating at me. Then we heard a long bang like someone is being thrown into

a wall.

“Kai, we need to do something, she can’t take more of this! She was already badly injured today, they are killing her at this rate!” Christian was pacing around in the living room more worried than I have ever seen

him before.

Rex – “We are on our way, we will be there in a few hours. You all go and get her out of there and bring her to your place. Bring both of her parents‘ to the warehouse! When we get there we will handle it together!” He was giving order with his usual strict voice but I could also hear worry in his voice.

And the way he said ‘parents‘ like he was hesitated to use the word, like it was hard for him to say that! Guess that is because they don’t really act like parents to my sweet Betty!

The call with Don got hung up, guess that is because they are on the way here. I like that about our Don, he is always quick to take action. They get shit done quickly and clean.

We could still hear what was going on with Betty! And what I was hearing now I was not ready for it. I grabbed the phone and rushed out to the SUV’s we have in the garage.

I was in car I was just staring at the phone couldn’t believe that I was listening into Betty being rapped and all the nasty grunts Victor was making. In the background you could hear Margarethe shouting that Victor had to show the ‘slut‘ what she deserved.

These are some sick parents. Sofia are raging at the same time as she is so worried for Betty. Like all the rest of us, we are just staring at the phone with shock, disbelief, worry, anger and sadness for Betty.

I looked at Kai who was driving and I’m sitting in the passenger seat, I know he love her more than a sister, honestly all the guys do, but we also do not want to ruin the friendship we have with her so we all have said we will only look at her as a sister, but Kai.. Kai is loving her so much and I can see this is tearing him

apart.

And I feel so bad seeing my brother hurting like this. I know he never gonna act on those feelings, they have created an amazing friendship/sibling relationship. We all would die for Betty. She have become our

salvation.

We pulled up to her house and by now it’s no more noisy coming from the phone and it have me worry like

and I’m not gonna sit by waiting any longer, none of us is.

We all checked our guns and made our way inside. And man I can tell you I was not ready to see what was waiting for us when we now stepped inside the door.
