Over the next few days, she juggled work while discussing copyright agreements with the Al journal.
On Friday, after reviewing the R&D department’s progress report, Celeste asked Candice to have Kieran come to her office.
Three minutes later, Kieran knocked and entered.
Once he sat down, Celeste said, “Your algorithm does improve the efficiency and performance of the existing model to some extent, but it still doesn’t meet my expectations.”

Kieran listened carefully.
It had been a few days since he’d joined YodaVision, and he had interacted with Celeste several times. Compared to the impression he gave during his interview, his demeanor how was vastly different.

From what he could tell, in Celeste’s eyes, he was no different from any other researcher in the R&D department.
“No progress,” he replied while analyzing data. “I’m hanging up.”
Just as he ended the call, Wynn called.
He glanced at the screen but didn’t answer, then continued working.
“Mom!” Sylvia saw her mother waiting and happily ran into her arms.
Tilda hugged her, then smiled at the girl standing beside her. “Jo.”
Jordyn looked at Sylvia, who was clinging to her mother, and gave a small nod. “Mrs. Golden.”
Sylvia glanced around and asked Jordyn, “Is your driver here yet?”
Jordyn looked around but didn’t see him.
Instead, she saw many classmates being picked up by their mothers. She was usually picked up by her driver.
She didn’t seem to mind it initially.
She thought having her mom pick her up from school wasn’t cool at all. So, whether her mom came or not, she didn’t really care.
But now…
Seeing that the driver hadn’t arrived yet, Tilda noticed that Jordyn seemed a little down. She asked with concern, What’s wrong? Why do you look upset?”
Jordyn didn’t reply.
Just then, her driver finally arrived.

Hope he breaks down one day and regrets for the mistakes and hurt he has caused to Celeste. I wonder who drugged him which he ended up by marrying Celeste and despising her along with his friends. The Shawn and Locket families are evil and despicable; with that kind of mentalities. Trevor is indeed blind....
This book needs to be ignored for 2 weeks in order to get something out of it when you read. The chapters are too short and you come out with nothing when reading one chapter. If this book wasn't so nice and I wasn't so far with it, I would have quit reading....
