Chapter 334 Test Results Don’t Lie Girl
Sloane, however, remained strikingly calm. “Since Dr. Bonnie is so certain, then let’s test it here and now.”
The medical team quickly collected samples for analysis. The hall fell utterly silent; only the faint hum of the testing equipment could be heard.
While waiting for the results, Bonnie stepped closer to Sloane. Lowering her voice, a cold, confident smirk tugging at her lips, she whispered, “Sloane, it’s not too late to surrender. Admit publicly that your skills are lacking and withdraw from the medical world, and I might consider speaking on your behalf.”
She tapped her fingertip against the table with deliberate rhythm.
Sloane’s expression never shifted; she adjusted her cuff with unhurried grace. “Dr. Bonnie, you seem very eager to defeat me. But why? What’s the real reason?”
Her eyes locked onto Bonnie, as though trying to pierce through the mask to the face beneath. “Did we ever have some kind of grudge between us?”
A flicker crossed Dr. Bonnie’s features before her tone hardened. “Don’t get smug. You’ll be the one crying soon enough.”
Sloane lifted her gaze, a sharp glint flashing in her eyes. “Is that so? Then let’s wait and see.”
Bonnie glared at her with venom. What she hated most was Sloane’s perpetual air of certainty; she would drag her into the mud if it was the last thing she did-watch her struggle, humiliated, just to survive.
Fifteen minutes later, the results arrived.
The attending physician announced before everyone, “No toxins were detected in the vomit. The boy was suffering from ordinary digestive upset.”
“Impossible!” Bonnie’s scream rang out. “I clearly-” She cut herself off abruptly, her face blanching.
At that moment, Herbert’s mother dropped to her knees before Dr. Bonnie. Pulling a thick envelope from her coat, she held it out with trembling hands. “Dr. Bonnie, here’s your hundred thousand back… The medicine you gave us-I secretly had the village doctor examine it. He said it would damage my boy’s kidneys…” Tears streamed down her face as her voice broke. “Herbert is my whole world. I don’t want the money; just please, spare my son…”
Bonnie staggered back two steps, her face drained of color. “You… you’re lying!” She darted panicked glances at the cameras, her voice climbing into a shrill pitch. “Don’t believe her! This woman was clearly bought off by Sloane!”
But the mother suddenly yanked open her son’s collar, revealing a rash across his chest. “I’m not lying! Yesterday, when I tested a little of that medicine, he broke out in hives!” She turned toward the cameras, crying desperately, “How could I gamble with my own child’s life? Tell ue-who would do that?”
The livestream chat flipped instantly
“Gosh-she poisoned the child!”
“That’s pure evil!”

“Dr. Bonnie should be banned from medicine forever!”
The entire hall erupted in chaos.
