"Oh, there's something we need to discuss, so we're having lunch together," Drusilla replied.

Enoch sat to the side, taken aback. He hadn't expected Drusilla to know Serge. And they seemed rather cozy with each other.

Especially Drusilla. It was as if she completely forgot she was married, laughing so freely with Serge. And him being her husband, was that such an embarrassing fact that it was only worth a mention in passing?

Enoch interjected, addressing Serge, "I'm her husband. So, what's the big deal about having a meal together?"

Serge was momentarily speechless. He had just thought it impossible, and now... Drusilla and Enoch were married?

"You're joking, right?" he asked, surprised.

"I don't see what's funny about it," Enoch responded.

"How did you two even...?" Serge was still in disbelief.

Enoch scoffed, "Oh, you know each other well?"

Serge replied, "Drusilla was a year below me at Creston University. Saw her around a couple of times. She recently asked for my help with something."

"Help? With what?" Enoch glanced at Drusilla.

Drusilla, sensing his concern, quickly covered up, "Oh... nothing much."

After saying that, she threw a hopeful glance at Serge, wishing he'd keep her secret.

Serge smiled understandingly at Enoch. "It's about hospital stuff, truly nothing to do with you. Didn't expect you guys were actually married. Surprising. When did this happen?"

"Recently," Enoch said. "I'll let you know when we have the wedding party."

"Alright," Serge nodded, checking the time. "I've got another appointment. I'll leave you two be."
