Caden wanted to sunk his teeth on her neck, because the sight of the king’s mark on her skin made him wanted to strangle this woman for letting that happened.

She should have rejected him right there and then. She was not worth it.

However, Caden couldn’t do that, he couldn’t make the king aware that he fucked his mate. Therefore, he kissed Rania, bit on her lips and sucked on her tongue. He put his hand around her neck, and put pressure on her windpipe, as he thrusted into her.

She was not ready, and you could see how it pained her with every thrust. Caden didn’t care. This was her punishment for letting someone else marked her.

When Rania couldn’t breathe, and the pain was too unbearable, she retaliated.

This method always worked on her whenever she had that blank look on her face. It would manage to draw her attention back to him.

Out of instinct, Rania pushed away his body, because he was the source of her pain.

However, she was too exhausted, the marking process still took a toll on her, and she had not yet eaten anything from yesterday, coupled with the pain that Caden inflicted on her, she didn’t have the strength left.

By the time Caden let go of her neck, Rania had closed her eyes. There was a panic that surge in when he saw her didn’t move, and had stopped fighting him without he knowing it, because he was too preoccupied to get hi own release.

“Rania…” Caden put his finger under her nose, where he could feel her warmth breath. He placed his palms over her bare chest, and felt her steady heartbeat, which made him smile.

She was fine, only fell unconscious. It happened a couple of time when Caden went overboard and pushed her a little bit too far. She would be fine in a few hours.

“Sleep, my little bitch, the day is still long, and you will have to gather more energy, because I am not yet done with you.” Caden leaned over and swept the blood on her lips with his tongue. He smirked to see the bruise that started on her skin.

Caden pulled out, he watched as his cement leaked out from her, and the sight made him grin with satisfaction. He let it be like that, so she would smell like him. It would drive the king even crazier.

If the king didn’t reject her now, he would soon.

After that. Caden walked out of her room with a better mood, as he went to his study, and resumed his duty as the alpha. There would be a little ceremony three hours from now, where they would see the king and his entourage left the pack.

Caden was certain, the king wouldn’t take a good used like Rania with him.

“What happened here?” Declan took a deep breath to see the thrashed room. Everything was destroyed, while the king sat on the sofa, drinking his wine straight from the bottle.

“Letting out a little bit of steam.” Maximus replied without any care for the world, he didn’t see anything wrong with this. His tendency to violence was something that Declan could understand, but at the same time terrified of him too.

What Maximus had endured, and the abused that he experienced from his family had broken something inside of him.

And now he needed violence like an addict, who needed their drugs. It was crazy to think how his moniker name suited him well, not only because he killed all of his family, but he was indeed a madman,
