Moses was impressed with the house as Jerry gave him a tour.
The mansion was powered by an advanced voice-activated artificial intelligence system called ZEUS.
ZEUS manages the room temperature, the lightening and cooling system.
ZEUS was also built with an upgraded security system that operates the smart cameras in the house and controls the home appliances.
The living room was lavishly furnished with a massive chandelier, plush Italian furniture and a 150 -inch OLED TV.
It's dining area had a twelve chairs handcrafted mahogany table.
There were six bedrooms built within the mansion with a walk-in closet and a jacuzzi bath in each bedroom.
Then there was the home theater; a velvet coloured soundproof room with a 4K projection system and a popcorn station.
To Barry's delight, the Mansion contained an underground private gym with cutting-edge equipments.
There was the private pool and exotic maze garden with a koi pond.
The mansion also boasts of its spacious underground parking garage capable of housing over 15 cars.
Its other features includes a wine cellar that stores 5,000 bottles, a Library, a private elevator, a sauna, and spa.
Soon the tour was finished.
Jerry flopped down on one of the seats in the living room and crossed his legs, a jeering grin on his face. “So, what do you think? For $45 million, it's worth the money.”
Barry stood over Jerry, digging his hands in his pockets. “I agree. It exceeded my expectations. I'll take it.”
Jerry's grin widened. “Easier said than done. Where would you get all that money? Not that you have it at your disposal. A pauper like you couldn't possibly afford a house like this even in a million years.”
Barry regarded Jerry closely. “That's where you're wrong, Jerry. I'll buy this house and put you out of work for the rest of your life.”
“Blah, blah, blah,” Jerry rolled his eyes. “Enough talking. Let's see the colour of your money.”
Barry took out his phone and scrolled through the screen until he found Hobbs number.
Hobbs was Veronica Phoenix assistant.
Whatever Barry needed from now on, he would have to contact Hobbs as Veronica is occupied with managing his money.
Hobbs answered on the first ring. “Mr. Barry, I've been expecting your call.”
“Hobbs,” Barry was stunned by how soft and rich Hobbs sounded. “I want to purchase a house in Diamond estate. I'm sure Veronica filled you in.”
Hobbs responded. “Why, of course. We arranged an agent to give you a tour.”
“Yeah,” Barry frowned down at Jerry. “I want you to contact Hemsworth and inform him I'm satisfied with the mansion he picked for me. Make immediate payment and send the receipt to his agent email.”
“As you wish, Mr. Barry,” Hobbs answered. “Give me a minute.”
The moment Hobbs hung up, Jerry began to laugh again. “I'm beginning to wonder how long you're going to keep playing this stupid prank, Barry. Wrap it up already. Be prepared to spend 31 days in prison.”
Barry cocked his head, his pupils diluted. “Why don't you shut your mouth and check your email, donkey.”
A scowl appeared on Jerry's face. “You think you're so tough, huh? Keep up the act. I'll enjoy making you suffer when this mindless games of yours is over.”
No sooner had Jerry finished his sentence, an email notification popped up on his phone.
Startled, Jerry tapped his screen and scrolled through his email inbox.
