Any lingering feelings that Roxanne had for Sebastian had completely disappeared. Her image of him was thoroughly shattered. In Roxanne's eyes, Sebastian was a lunatic. She needed to get as far away from him as possible, as soon as possible.

Roxanne grabbed her phone and snapped a photo of the ring before sending it to Elvira.

"Can you find a place to sell this?"

"That's one hell of a diamond! Did you buy it?" was Elvira's reply.

Elvira had a strong suspicion that Sebastian was the one who bought the ring. However, when she considered it a little more, she thought that the possibility of him being the buyer was also quite slim.

Roxanne had no reason to hide the truth. "It was Sebastian. He proposed to me."

"No way! Why did he propose to you?"

Elvira had no idea what was going through Sebastian's mind. Why did it seem like he had developed real feelings for Roxanne? Did he truly love her?

Roxanne sent a video to her in the next second. In the video, the sparkly ring swayed from left to right on her ring finger.

"Is it the wrong size? He proposed to you with a ring that doesn't fit you?"

What was Sebastian playing at?

"I'm not taking his proposal seriously. Don't tell me you are? Since the diamond is so big, it should be able to fetch a handsome price, right? Can you find a place for me to sell it?"

"You're a genius! Give me a second. I'll get someone to give me a price estimate."

Roxanne suddenly recalled something and hurried to stop Elvira. Her hands flew across the screen as she typed out another message. "Wait a second! I'll leave the ring with you, but don't tell anyone about it just yet. Sell it only after I've left. I'm afraid of Sebastian going crazy if he finds out what you're doing."

She looked up Liana's account before sliding the ring onto her finger. She squeezed her fingers together to give off the illusion that the ring was the correct size. She then recorded a video and sent it to Liana.

"Sebastian proposed to me just now. This is the ring he gave me. To be honest, I didn't want to accept his proposal. After all, I was genuinely hurt by how he had wanted to trade me for you. But he looked so remorseful when he was kneeling on the ground and crying. He kept saying how he would love me and only me in the future.

"He also said he only sees you as his younger sister, and he'll keep his distance from you if it's what I want. How could I not be moved by his words?

"This is such a gorgeous ring. The diamond is even cut in the shape of a heart! It looks like it's around ten carats. It should cost at least ten million dollars, right? I can see now that the one that Sebastian loves the most is still me."

Roxanne rewatched the video a few times. Her voice was pitched so high in it that even she felt disgusted by her own performance. Feeling satisfied, she sent the video to Liana. Her sense of accomplishment grew when she noticed that the video was successfully delivered.

She could imagine how insanely jealous Liana would be after watching the video. It pleased Roxanne greatly.
