“Yes,” I say, my entire body shivering with his intense dominance. Why does the thought of Shane tying me up turn me on even more?

“Good.” He pulls away from me, and I whimper at the loss of his warmth and touch.

He takes my hands and leads me to the bed. Then he slides his hands under my shirt, pushing it over my head.

“You’re so beautiful,” he says reverently. I feel my heated arousal pooling between my thighs. He reaches around me, unhooking my bra and dropping it on the floor as he looks over my body.

He reaches out, sliding his hands from my shoulders, down my arms, then up my sides and to my breasts.

I gasp as his thumbs slide over my nipples, making them tighten into even harder peaks.

“See, this is what we didn’t do right last time. I didn’t take time to see how you react to the way I touch you. I didn’t watch and listen as you respond to my touch,” he says, gently pinching my nipples and making me moan loudly.

“I didn’t learn all the ways that you like and need to be touched, T. But that changes starting tonight. From now on, I’m going to learn every possible way that I can touch you and make you come.”

We didn’t have sex. He didn’t even go down on me. But he made me come more times in a couple of hours than I ever have before.

The Academy is kicking my fucking ass. When someone tells you that they tear you down and build you back up, you have no idea how well they strip you to your core. I have a much better understanding of two things. First, I understand now how Christian could take on five opponents at once without breaking a sweat. When I leave here, I’m confident I’ll be able to do the same. And the second thing is, the friendships that you make here at the Academy are unlike anything you experience anywhere else.

While I may not love the idea that Talia was intimately involved with Christian, I understand much more now that when you are stripped bare of everything you are in front of the others around you, and they are stripped bare in front of you, you create bonds that aren’t easily broken.
