Still, Marianna she couldn’t quite hide the mockery and challenge flickering in her eyes.

Marianna shook her head. “Kayla, seriously, let’s just drop it. I don’t wanna see you humiliated. And even if I win, what’s the point? I can’t exactly make you stand in front of the whole school and call yourself a loser, right?
