In the car, Eden glanced at Sienna’s calm, striking face through the rearview mirror. The excitement still racing through his chest made it impossible for him to keep quiet. “Miss Cooper, you were incredible back there. If you hadn’t stepped in, I’d be done for.”
Although he and Sophie were partly responsible for the accident, he couldn’t imagine the consequences if something had really happened to her.
Eden’s eyes reddened. “Miss Cooper, you saved my life. From now on, it belongs to you.”
The coldness in Sienna’s eyes softened a little. “It was nothing.”
She raised her brows slightly and scanned the lavish interior. It was a Pagani, one of the rarest supercars in the world. There were fewer than five of this model in existence.
She remembered Hazel’s harsh words about her birth family living in a slum, and her lips curved into a faint, mocking smile.
This car alone was something the Fairbank family couldn’t afford, even in several lifetimes.
Sienna asked evenly, “Eden, what does the family do?”
She needed to reassess her birth family.
At the mention of this, Eden immediately brightened. “Miss Cooper, the family’s businesses are worldwide. We’re in all kinds of fields. You have three older brothers-each of them is outstanding in his own area, just like you. Anyone could see at a glance that you are siblings.”
His voice thickened with emotion as he added, “You’re the only daughter in the family, the one everyone prayed for and waited for.”
He stressed the word only, his eyes brimming again with tears. “All these years, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper never gave up looking for you. They poured endless money, effort, and resources into it. Finally, they found you and brought you home.”
Sienna’s eyes narrowed slightly. She didn’t know why he stressed only, but his words carried some unspoken weight.
The car sped along and entered Orlathis City’s most exclusive, most mysterious residential area-Aurelia Heights.
They passed through strict security and drove down a quiet, tree-lined road until a grand estate came into view.
The massive iron gates swung open slowly. As the car rolled inside, even the air seemed thick with the scent of money.
The estate was like a castle built in the most expensive part of the city. It had endless green lawns and flower beds filled with rare plants from across the country-each one worth a fortune.
In the center stood a mansion that blended modern sleekness with timeless elegance. Stone paths stretched out, shining under the golden light.
Unlike the flashy wealth of other rich families, every detail here spoke of quiet luxury and long-standing heritage.
Sienna had known the Cooper family was rich, but their fortune was beyond anything she had pictured.
The car stopped in the circular driveway in front of the main house. Just as Eden stepped out to open her door, an emotional voice called out with a sobbing edge, “My girl. My precious daughter.”

A middle-aged couple who had been waiting at the entrance almost rushed forward.

The man stood tall and straight in a white shirt, his presence sharp and commanding-clearly someone used to holding
power.
The woman wore a simple, elegant dress, her beauty still striking. Even with red-rimmed eyes and a slightly disheveled look, she radiated grace.
When she saw Sienna clearly, tears spilled over. She hurried a few steps closer, reaching out as if to touch Sienna’s face, then pulled back, afraid of being too forward, her trembling fingers tracing the air around her features.
