His Private Chef (by Amycee) novel Chapter 57

We broke apart only to breathe, foreheads pressed together, breaths ragged.

Liam looked at me like I was something sacred and forbidden all at once.

Then, without a wordhe lifted me, bridalstyle, and carried me toward his room.

I didn’t resist.

I didn’t want to.

My body burned. My skin ached for his touch. I was done thinking. I wanted to feel.

His room was dimly lit, but I barely noticed. My heart thundered. My breath hitched.

He laid me down gently, then stepped back, his gaze heavy, dark, and unrelenting.

I want to do so many dangerous things to you,he said, voice low and deliberate. Things that’ll ruin you for any man that comes after me.

My thighs clenched.

He stepped forward. Do you want that, Emily?

I nodded, wideeyed.

Use your words.

Yes,I whispered. God, yes.

He kissed me again, slower this time. Deep. Consuming.

His hands slid beneath my hoodie, fingertips finding the bare skin at my waist, and I shivered. He trailed kisses down my neck, pausing to inhale like I was something he’d missed for years.

Then he pulled back to look at me. Strip for me.

I hesitated, nervous. But the way he looked at me

There was no room for shame.

Only hunger. Only awe.

Somehow, that gave me courage.

Slowly, I sat up and lifted the hoodie over my head. His eyes followed every movement, darkening by the second.

I stood, pushing down my shorts. My bra came off next. And still, he didn’t move. Just stared like he was memorizing every inch of me.

I hooked my thumbs into the waistband of my panties-

But he stepped forward and caught my hands.

Let me.

He knelt in front of me, his eyes locked on mine as his fingers moved down my hips, then slowerloweruntil he reached the edge of the last thing between me and him.

He didn’t rush.

He peeled them down with a kind of reverence, like he was unwrapping a secret meant only for him.

He lifted it to his nose and inhaled.

Eyes never leaving mine, dark and dangerous and possessive.

My breath hitched.

This was it.

There was no going back from this.

I was standing therebare, trembling, completely exposed. But I had never felt more wanted in my life.

Lie down,he said.

I obeyed.

Spread your legs for me.

His eyes dragged over me, slow and full of promise. He moved closer, crawling up like a man on a mission.

the bed

Just before his mouth touched me, he looked up, voice hoarse and low. I’ve been dying to taste you again… since the day on the jet.

My toes curled from just the sound of it.

And then he touched me.

With his mouth.

I shattered.

His tongue worked like he’d spent years perfecting the art of driving me insane. My hips bucked. My back arched. My fingers gripped the sheets like they were the only things tethering me to the earth.

When I came, it was with his name tearing from my lips like a prayer.

Liam

He looked up, mouth glistening, eyes alight with triumph.

That’s right,” he murmured, wicked and breathless. That’s the only name you’ll be screaming tonight.

And the night was just getting started.

You’re even more beautiful than I imagined,he said, voice husky with awe. And trust me, EmilyI’ve imagined this too many times.

I was breathless, trembling beneath him.
