Roxanne's beautiful face was full of surprise. She wondered if she had heard Sebastian correctly. "What did you say?"

Sebastian's eyes darkened, his gaze fixed on hers. His tone was determined and firm when he said, "We're going to get our marriage certificate."

"You're crazy!" She was so shocked that she jumped out of her seat, her head hitting the car roof. She didn't even have time to bother about the pain. She held her head with one hand, her face twisting in agony. "I'm not marrying you, and I'm not getting a certificate with you!"

She had already suffered enough from Sebastian's coldness in the past seven years. How much did she have to be out of her mind to marry him?

His expression grew even darker. "You don't have the right to refuse this."

She reached for the car door furiously, only to find it locked. She shouted angrily at him, "Didn't you say you'd change? You said you'd learn to respect me! I don't want this!"

His gaze was deep. "I'll change after we get the certificate."

She was speechless, her face turning red with frustration. "I don't want to!"

His voice was stubborn, and there was endless determination in his dark eyes. "You have to."

The car quickly arrived at the city hall. Roxanne looked at the doors of the building, a sense of dread flashing through her heart.

When he opened the car door, she immediately scrambled to open her door and ran out as fast as she could. But before she could take more than a few steps, he lifted her off the ground and slung her over his shoulder, walking resolutely inside.

Her face turned pale and red with anger as she slapped his back furiously. "Sebastian, you bastard, put me down! I'm not marrying you!"

His steps were firm, and he even gave her bottom a little slap. "Marrying me means half of my wealth is yours."

She was at a loss for words. That was a fortune starting from billions! The temptation was huge!
