Yulia walked for a while, but Wendle never came after her.

She had expected him to catch up, snatch her suitcase, shove it into his car, and give in–like he always did.

Becky smiled and lifted her eyes to him.

Logan almost teared up. Her gaze was calm. Too calm.

He knew that look well–no excitement, no sparkle. Just casual politeness.

Whenever he appeared in public, crowds went wild. Fans screamed his name, some even wept at the sight of him.

But Becky… she just looked normal.

Winston burst out laughing. “Told you! You never give up, do you?”

Logan stabbed at his food in frustration.

Becky tilted her head. Logan, are you signed with Winston’s company too?”

“Yeah,” Logan said

Winston ran Great Media, the biggest entertainment company in the country. Over 80% of the top celebrities were signed there–including Logan.

Winston laughed so hard he pounded the table.

Becky sat quietly, snacking on fruit and sweets.

Wayne was clearly busy–phones ringing nonstop, stacks of documents to sign, assistants coming and going.

Another assistant came in.

“Miss. Mr. Xavier from Glory Corp is downstairs. He wants to see you.”

Becky froze, then slowly looked up.
