The Heiress Chooses Madness novel Chapter 161

As soon as Ravenna heard that, her expression darkened. She didn’t even ask for their side of the story and just took Marianna’s word as fact.

Ravenna turned to Rachel, looking apologetic and eager to please. Ms. Walker, I’m so sorry. My students have been causing trouble for yours. I’ll have them move out of the way for Class A right now.

Rachel kept her warm smile and made no attempt to stop her.

Ravenna shot Class G a look of pure disgust and waved her hand dismissively. What, you’re not embarrassed enough already? Move out of the way for Class A, now!

A smug smile flickered in Marianna’s eyes.

The students from Class A held their heads high, their faces full of arrogance and contempt.

Class A students stood off to the side like victorious roosters, some even deliberately bumping into Kayla and her friends, clearly waiting to watch Class G slink away and give up their spots.

Watching Ravenna suck up to Rachel like that made Kayla and everyone in Class G feel like they’d been slapped in front of the whole cafeteria. Their faces burned with humiliation and rage.

Tania finally snapped. Are you kidding me? We were here first! Why should we move just because they showed up?

Ravenna was supposed to be their teacher, but she was taking Class A’s side. The betrayal cut deep, leaving everyone in Class G feeling completely abandoned.

Kayla caught Rachel’s expression shifting out of the corner of her eye. The warm smile she’d been wearing slowly disappeared, replaced by something cold as she glanced dismissively at Ravenna.

Ravenna immediately deflated like a guilty kid caught redhanded, her face flushing with embarrassment. Then she whipped around and glared at Tania.

Are you serious right now? You’re just gonna ignore me? Class A’s time is precious. Don’t you get that? Stop wasting it and move already!Ravenna snapped.

Kayla let out a cold scoff, her eyes glinting with icy contempt. So their time matters, but ours doesn’t? What, we’re supposed to just lie down and let them walk all over us? Let them humiliate us and treat us like dirt?

The rest of Class G nodded in agreement, clearly backing Kayla up.

Meanwhile, Class A students just smirked, their faces dripping with arrogance and disdain.

You guys are hopeless trash who won’t even make it to college. We can bully you all we want, so what?one

sneered.

Exactly! You’ve already wasted so much of our time. If you’d moved earlier, I’d be done with lunch by now. Heck, I could’ve finished two whole problem sets. What a waste, another added mockingly.

Chapter 161

Class A kept trading insults back and forth, acting like Class G didn’t even exist.

Kayla’s eyes grew colder as she narrowed them with a mocking glint. Why are you all in such a hurry? Can’t wait to die or something.

You keep calling us trash and losers, but funny how you’re forgetting that debate where Class G demolished you. If we’re trash, what does that make you? Even worse than garbage?

Payton stepped forward, an amused grin tugging at his lips. Yeah, I’m starting to see a pattern. You keep messing with us and wasting our time. Are you just scared we’ll beat you again like we did in that debate? Is that why you’re pulling all these petty moves?

Kayla and Payton knew how to throw shade just as well as Class A did. They just usually didn’t bother wasting their energy on it.

But right now, Class A seriously needed to be knocked down a few pegs.

Class A studentsfaces immediately went stiff with embarrassment. They instinctively looked toward Rachel for backup.

Rachel might act sweet and gentle around others, but after they lost that debate, she’d absolutely torn into them behind closed doors.

Rachel’s eyes narrowed slightly behind her glasses as she smoothed a stray hair by her temple, that fake smile still plastered on. So you’re the one who beat our class in the debate and made that bet with Davon and Maria?

I can see why now. You’ve got quite the sharp tongue. Not like my Class A students. They’re honest and straightforward. They’d never stoop to the kind of tricks you just pulled.”

Rachel glanced over at her Class A students with a magnanimous wave. You know what? If Class G wants to make a scene, let them. We’re not petty like that.

Rachel shot Ravenna a cool, pointed look.

Ravenna’s posture slumped even further, her face twisted in an awkward, groveling smile.

The Class A students shuffled over to another window, but their smirks were more obvious than ever. Ms. Walker’s right. Class G’s full of smooth talkers who twist everything around. We honest kids can’t compete

with that.”

Seriously, they win one debate and suddenly think they’re hot shit. Totally delusional, another scoffed.

Since they can’t beat us with grades, bullying us honestClass A kids is all they’ve got left, someone else

sneered.

Whatever, let’s not sink to their level. We’re better than that, another said dismissively.

Kayla’s eyes flashed with anger. Ms. Walker sure knows how to twist things, she thought bitterly. Just a few sentences and she’s already painted everyone in Class G as troublemakers.

Rachel kept smiling, but all Kayla could see was how fake she was, how absolutely shameless.

Class G couldn’t take it anymore. They were fuming, practically shaking with rage.
