“Don’t worry,” she said coldly. “I’ll be going back to Nygard Group soon. Isn’t Gianna about to be shoved into the company by Raymond anyway? Perfect. I’ll go back and personally kick that troublemaker out.”

Amelia could already guess that Gianna’s precious entertainment career was over for now. She had made sure of that.

But Gianna was not the type to sit quietly at home.

Even if she wanted to, Regina would never let her waste time doing nothing.

The more Amelia thought about it, the more certain she became that this was no small issue. She could not let Gianna’s backers stir up trouble inside Nygard Group.

If Gianna got in, she would definitely start planting her own people, disrupting operations and using fools like Raymond to slowly drain the company dry.

Amelia was not sure if Raymond was truly dumb enough to let Regina and Gianna play him like a fiddle, but she was not going to give them the chance.

He knew she could not stand Gianna. They had never gotten along.

She knew what he was about to say.

He was the grandson of Conrad’s most trusted friend. They were close in age and had practically grown up together.

To be honest, her bond with him was much stronger than with those so–called siblings. They were more like siblings.

Amelia truly saw him as an older brother figure. Even though they did not talk much these days, every time they met, there was still that same familiar warmth between them.
