Time-Limited Love: A Contract Expired, Not Renewed novel Chapter 332

Three days left. Zinnia thought she’d made herself perfectly clear to Landon.

All that was left was to wait out the clock and file for divorce.

Sure, there’d still be a mandatory month-long reflection period, but that was beyond the term of their contract—Landon couldn’t use that as an excuse to rope her into anything else.

The thought that this marriage would soon be over made Zinnia feel almost weightless, as if she’d finally shrugged off a heavy coat.

But as it turned out, even after everything she’d said, Landon still hadn’t given up.

For three days straight, a fresh bouquet had appeared in Zinnia’s office every morning.

At lunchtime, she’d find a thermal lunchbox waiting on her desk, packed with carefully prepared meals.

She never saw who delivered the flowers or the food, but she knew exactly who it was—Landon.

By the third day, she’d had enough. She shot him a message on WhatsApp:

Stop sending flowers and food. You’re disrupting my work.

Almost immediately, the little “typing…” notification popped up. It lingered there for a long while, and Zinnia rolled her eyes, tucking her phone away.

She stared at the artfully arranged food. Throwing it out felt wasteful, but the thought of eating anything Landon sent made her stomach turn.

“Zinnia, you don’t like it? If you’re not eating, I’ll take it,” teased Prof. Leighton, her office-mate, appearing at her side.

Zinnia’s eyes lit up. “You want it?”

“Absolutely.”

Prof. Leighton grabbed the lunchbox without hesitation, giving Zinnia’s shoulder a friendly pat. “I’ve seen this happen a few times now. Your clueless ex is behind it, isn’t he? Too late for regrets now. But hey, no point letting good food go to waste, right? I don’t even have time to grab lunch today. If you don’t want it, just set it aside for me from now on.”

With the food problem solved, Zinnia turned her attention to the flowers—obviously handpicked, too beautiful to throw away. Whenever a colleague or student admired them, she simply gave the bouquets away.

If Landon wanted to waste his money, that was his problem.

Just then, Landon finally replied.
