Time-Limited Love: A Contract Expired, Not Renewed novel Chapter 360

Zinnia was caught off guard by his sudden question.

It was something she’d never considered before.

But as she thought about it, she realized this marriage with Landon was barely hanging on by a thread—it wouldn’t be long before there was hardly any connection between them at all.

Yuri, though, was different. He had saved her life, cared for her so thoughtfully during those weeks in Norway. Truthfully, if it hadn’t been for Yuri’s support and guidance during that time, she had no idea how she would have pulled through.

With that in mind, she didn’t hesitate any longer. “You’re my mentor, Yuri. Of course I’m on your side.”

Yuri paused for a moment, then a genuine smile lit up his eyes.

Then Zinnia added, “But if you really don’t want to keep in touch with Landon and the others, you should be upfront with Zane about it.”

Yuri was silent for several seconds before nodding. “Alright. I’ll do as you say.”

Zinnia just blinked at that.

Downstairs, Landon had been walking Dapper for a while before returning. After that, the two of them kept their distance, barely acknowledging each other.

“Dinner’s ready! Come eat, everyone,” Elijah called out, setting the last bowl of soup on the table.

“Zinnia, go set the table,” Jessica instructed.

Zinnia was just about to get up and head to the kitchen when, from opposite ends of the living room, two voices rang out at once:

“I’ll do it.”

“I’ll do it.”

Hearing each other, Landon and Yuri shot hostile glances across the room.

But they quickly composed themselves, and Yuri turned to Jessica, saying, “Jessica, Zinnia was up talking with me until past four last night. She should get some extra rest—let me take care of it. If it weren’t for me, she wouldn’t have stayed up so late.”
