There were about seven racers before her, all members of the intensive training camp whom she saw during the captain selection.

There were two female racers. One was the captain of Turbolt Racing, Shannon Fawcett, and the other was a team member of Swift Racing, Nicola Scott.

Before this meeting, Noelle didn't know them well.

The one who spoke to Noelle was the captain of Turbolt Racing, Shannon.

Despite sensing the hostility in her tone, Noelle remained calm. "Do you want to talk to me?"

With her arms folded, Shannon came closer and gave her the once-over. "I hear you're close to Coach Haberkorn?"

The way she was staring at Noelle was as though she was inspecting an object, which greatly annoyed Noelle.

Meeting her gaze, Noelle asked, "What does that have to do with you?"

Shannon's expression turned cold. She wasn't conventionally pretty, but her sharp features, tall figure, and long legs had earned her quite a few admirers.

Snorting coldly, Shannon declared, "We're all admirers of Coach Haberkorn. You're not allowed to touch him. If you know what's good for you, stay away from him. Otherwise, we won't let you off."

She lifted her chin, and the rest behind her stepped forward, glaring at Noelle fiercely. It seemed they would tear Noelle into pieces if she had the guts to say no.

Noelle chuckled lowly.

Perhaps her laughter was too mocking, for Shannon's expression turned dark.

Noelle shook her head. "If you like him, you should go after him instead of warning me. Are you seriously going to chase away everyone who likes Hunter?"

Clicking her tongue, Noelle continued, "It turns out you're so insecure, huh?"

Shannon instantly scowled and retorted, "How shameless of you."

With a wave of her hand, the racers behind her all squeezed forward.

Noelle took two steps back. "What do you want?"

She warned, "We're at the intensive training camp. If you dare to harm me, Coach Haberkorn won't let this slide!"

The next second, a few young racers lifted her up.

Shannon came to a stop before her and flashed a smile. "There's no CCTV or signal here. Even if we did harm you, you wouldn't have evidence to expose us."

Noelle knew she was in deep trouble.

Shannon then ordered, "Push her down!"

A few of them then shoved Noelle, causing her feet to land on a branch behind her. With a snap, she tumbled into a deep pit.

Noelle didn't even realize there was a trap here earlier.
