Early in the morning, Malach knocked on my door, holding the paperwork that should have been handled by my secretary. He handed it over casually.

I froze for a moment, then chuckled. “For something this small, how could we trouble the Crimson Moon Pack’s beta to run it over personally?”

Everyone knows Malach is Kirby’s right–hand man. His position in the Crimson Moon Pack is so high that even speaking to him is rare.

For him to deliver documents himself—I honestly felt flattered.

Malach gave a polite smile, his tone steady. “Michael, it was nothing. Kirby also asked me to tell you–the show will be put on hold for now.”

My smile stiffened, eyes wide as my mind buzzed with a loud hum.
