After saying their goodbyes, Olivia and Ethan climbed into the car and set off down the long driveway, the Carter estate shrinking in the rearview mirror.

As she watched those familiar figures fade from sight, Olivia let out a quiet sigh.

Ethan, catching the look on her face, glanced over. His voice was low and reassuring, “If you liked being there, we can always go back in a few days.”
