From a Wrong Turn to Mr. Right novel Chapter 66

Oh my God!

This guy is just too good-looking. Sharp jawline, piercing eyes, tall and lean—he’s only wearing a plain white shirt and a pair of slacks, buttoned all the way up, but there’s just no hiding that air of class about him.

He’s just standing there, but it feels like he’s glowing or something. You can’t help but stare.

Honestly, he’s even better-looking than the celebrities she’s been crushing on.

“I’m looking for Olivia Bennett.”

It was Ethan Carter who spoke first, his voice cool and deep, with that magnetic edge.

Helen Adams could only gape at him, stunned.

Oh my God!

Even his voice is amazing.

Wait, what did he say? Looking for Olivia Bennett?

Oh, so he’s here for someone. She thought maybe he needed help with something.

“Oh.” Helen nodded, snapping out of her daze as reality hit her. She double-checked, just to be sure, “You’re looking for Olivia?”

Ethan nodded.

Suddenly, Helen’s eyes went wide with realization. “You must be Olivia’s husband, right?”

Ethan didn’t deny it, just glanced into the room behind her, calm and collected. “Where is she?”

“She’s still inside—probably packing up,” Helen said, pointing toward Olivia’s dressing room.

Almost as soon as she finished, Olivia appeared, purse in hand.

The moment Olivia stepped outside, she spotted Ethan’s tall frame and did a double-take—was she seeing things?

She hesitated, looked again, then realized it really was Ethan. She walked over, asking, “How did you get in here?”

He usually waited outside for her.

“I texted you, but you didn’t reply.”

Olivia paused, pulled out her phone, and—yep, there was a missed message.

She turned and walked away.

Ethan held the door for Olivia, letting her go first before following close behind.

Helen watched the two of them leave, resting her chin in her hands and sighing with envy. Her eyes curved up in a happy, dreamy smile.

No wonder Olivia got married so quickly.

Ethan’s not just hot—he’s so attentive, too.

Watching them walk side by side—one cool and refined, the other elegant and graceful—they looked like they belonged together. A total power couple.

Olivia had no clue what Helen was thinking. She slipped into the passenger seat, watching as Ethan buckled up.

“Want to go to The Galleria?” Ethan asked, glancing at her before starting the car.

Olivia blinked, a little confused. “Aren’t we going home? Why The Galleria?”

“I thought you wanted to try the cake.”

His voice was steady and calm, but it was like tossing a pebble into a still pond—ripples spreading quietly inside Olivia’s heart.
