Chapter 171 Don’t Get Involved Just Yet
Everyone else assumed the person who posted that comment was an insider, so they bombarded the account with questions. Before long, that comment had more likes than anything else in the thread.

Athena clicked into the account. It was a burner account with no posts and no information.
She had no idea who was stirring up trouble from behind that burner account.
Athena memorized the username and searched it on her own phone, then followed the account back, planning to see if they would reveal anything else.
“Yesterday, Teri was with me the whole time. If I really wanted to do anything shady, would I have brought a child along?” Athena said. Then, as if something suddenly occurred to her, she asked, “Is there security footage in that area? If we could check the surveillance, it would show I’m telling the truth.”
Ronan sighed. “Mrs. Storm, I might as well be honest. I already checked, but where you were just happens to be a blind spot. The cameras don’t cover you and Albas at all.”
Athena was left speechless.
She thought it through. If Albas and Pandra really wanted to frame her, there was no way they’d let her get any evidence on them.
Her brows knitted, and she felt her head start pounding with a headache.
Seeing Athena like that, Ronan believed she was telling the truth. He said, “Mrs. Storm, if it’s just a misunderstanding and Albas fainted from low blood sugar, maybe Pandra just got the wrong idea. I could try explaining it to her and maybe settle this peacefully.”
Athena let out a cold laugh.
A misunderstanding? If only it were that simple.
Ronan looked completely frustrated.
He’d hoped that after the drama with Lewis, the summer camp would finally calm down. The past couple of days had indeed been peaceful–until now. With only a few days left in the camp, this mess had suddenly exploded, and it was the last thing he wanted to see.
He used to think Lewis was the troublemaker. But now, with Lewis gone…
He couldn’t help but wonder if Athena herself was actually the magnet for drama.

When Athena heard Ronan suggest talking to Pandra, she stopped him right away. “Ronan, don’t. Let me handle this myself.”
He had no choice but to agree.
He sighed. “All right, Mrs. Storm, I’ll leave it to you. But if you need any help, let me know anytime.”
“I will.”
“Since camp is almost over, you and Mr. Storm should just stay at the hotel with Teri for these last few days. Better to avoid any more unwanted chaos.”
With that, Ronan left.
After he left, Athena’s eyes went cold. She had a strong feeling someone was pulling strings behind the scenes. She hadn’t made many enemies, and there was only one person who came to mind.
If they wanted to play dirty, she’d play along.
Zaden came out with Teri and saw Athena standing there, deep in thought. He asked, “Athena? What’s wrong? I thought I heard Ronan’s voice just now.”
Athena let out a helpless sigh.
She said, “Ronan just told me we don’t have to join the group activities for the next few days.”
Then she took out her phone, searched for Pandra’s Instagram account, and showed Zaden the posts, quickly explaining what happened with Albas the day before.
She never thought a simple act of kindness would land her in such a mess.
She muttered, still annoyed, “This is ridiculous. Bad luck really follows you wherever you go.
“Back at the pool race, Pandra was already targeting me. I got lucky that time, but now she’s coming after me again.”
Zaden frowned. “You mean Pandra tried something before, too?”
“Yeah, she did something shady during the piggyback race in the pool. I didn’t think it was a big deal, so I never told you about it.”
Zaden instantly remembered that Pandra had fallen in the pool.
His voice was cold. “This isn’t simple. If she’s bold enough to come after you like this, someone must be backing her. I’ll handle it. You and Teri just stay here for now.”
