“Ms. Sinclair, although the apocalypse has come, the government isn’t completely gone. I’ve received multiple reports from civilians claiming you’ve killed people, threatened others‘ safety, and secretly kept firearms.”

“Lieutenant Richter, your guns are only used against ruthless criminals, right? And who reported this? Did you check them? How do you know we aren’t being framed?” Caroline asked with a smile.

“Ms. Sinclair, I personally saw the killings downstairs,” Niko replied.
