Mason quickly stepped forward to help Yasmin. "Are you okay?"
He looked up at Roxanne with anger. "Did you do that on purpose?"
Roxanne shrugged innocently in Sebastian's arms. "I don't know! I was trying to crash into the pillar. I don't know how it ended up like this!"
Then, she looked at Yasmin and grinned maliciously. "Maybe the heavens thought she was too much of a saint, always meddling in things, so they decided to punish her?"
The implication was clear—Yasmin deserved it for defending Liana.
Mason's expression turned completely dark. He stood up and took a step toward Roxanne.
Sebastian immediately pulled Roxanne behind him, his broad frame positioned in front of her, blocking Mason's view. In an instant, the atmosphere between the two men grew tense as if sparks were about to fly.
Jensen could feel that Sebastian and Mason were going to fight at any second. He quickly stepped forward to mediate. He said to Mason, "Yasmin's hurt. You should take her to the hospital for a check-up first."
Then, he turned to Sebastian. "You take Roxanne back, and I'll help you take care of Liana."
Jensen didn't want to be involved in this, but with Mason taking Yasmin and Sebastian taking Roxanne, that left Liana for him.
Roxanne wasn't happy with this arrangement. She broke free from Sebastian's hold and said to Sebastian, "You take Liana back. Jensen can take me."
Jensen was shocked and realized something—Roxanne really knew how to stir up trouble. He had been trying to smooth things over, but it seemed like Roxanne had completely turned things around.
Sebastian had just seen her attempt to crash into the pillar, and his eyes were still red from it. And now, Roxanne had the nerve to ask Jensen to send her home. Wasn't she testing Sebastian's limits by doing this?
