turned and walked into the Alpha Suite and into his master bedroom and grabbed her clothes from that

wardrobe and packed them into her suitcases and took them to her study room

All she’d had in there was an oversized bean bag for sleeping in, a basic desk and chair and a single small

bookcase for her uni books, along with her laptop and printer. It was no different to a dorm room study nook He’d never asked her if she wanted a proper room to study. He had been in there many times and did not care how it looked. Because he wouldn’t spend a single dime on her, he hadn’t even announced her as the future Luna, just as his Mate was all.

She stopped and stared at the two French doors, that had once been a single wooden sound–proofed

bedroom door before, but were now two mostly glass doors that weren’t going to be sound–proof at all, and

gave a full view of the room beyond it. He could now see what she was doing with a single glance.

She gritted her teeth, as she could see that her small white desk and gray velvet chair and bookcase that she had bought herself were gone, as was her beanbag. She pushed into the room that had been remodeled from a bare empty bedroom to a full study. It was all soft blue and white with a few gray accents. There was now a wall behind that large gray desk and blue chair, with inbuilt shelving and there were a few decorative vases

A full day bed with throw pillows had been built into the wall under the window, which had a white roman blind now, and there was a chair with gray accents opposite her desk and a chandelier above her desk.

She wondered how long it was going to be before Gloria was working from this office. She guessed he was about to reject her and move on completely. She turned and looked about at how he’d prepped this, her room for his Luna, only to find all of her study books neatly stacked in a floor–to–ceiling bookcase just to the right

of the door and frowned at seeing them there.

She wondered why he bothered. What point was he trying to make? Or what game was he trying to play? She wondered if he was now trying to get her to come around and forgive him, after she’d told him in the hospital to reject her? Trying to give her something pretty so she’d stay long enough to crawl into his bed and give him that heir.
