After hesitating for a bit, Teri finally nodded.

Athena let out a breath of relief and looked up at Zaden. “Can you take me home?”

That thought made Zaden’s face darken.

“Tommy, drive Athena home first.”

In the end, Zaden still told Tommy to send her back.

Once Athena got out of the car, Teri finally dared to speak. Her voice was full of worry. “Daddy, Athena is just leaving for a while, right? She’s not really gone for good, is she?”

“I found out who’s behind that fake account–it’s Nina! She’s furious about the Lewis mess and pays Pandra to take revenge. They’re working together to ruin your name online!”

Athena scoffed. “You just figured that out?”

“Huh? You already knew?”

Athena sighed. “There aren’t that many people who hate me that much. She was my first I don’t even know Albas, let alone have any grudge with him.”
