After Soren stopped pressing, the staff simply explained the pre–surgery preparations and procedures, then left him alone in the suite.
Meanwhile, Eliza arrived at Ventus.
The moment the manager saw her, she hurried forward. “Ms. Rivers, why didn’t you call ahead? We would have sent a car to pick you up.”
“I never plan in advance. When I decide to go somewhere, I just go. I don’t like reservations. Today I wanted to try more of your treatments. Last time was fine, so this time I’ll do a full- body spa.”
“Of course. Please wait in your room for a moment while I arrange a technician for you.”
Eliza nodded.
She was shown into a room on the first floor again. Stepping inside, she deliberately remarked, “Last time I thought this room was a little too plain. I’m supposed to be one of your VIPs, yet who knows how many people have been in here before me. Isn’t that a bit unsanitary?”
The staff caught her meaning immediately: she wanted a private, exclusive space.
“Ms. Rivers, you can rest assured, our rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly disinfected after each client. There is nothing unclean about them.”
“Did you not hear me? I said I don’t like the idea of a room used by countless others. I think it’s unsanitary.”
“This…”
“I deposited ten million here in one go. Do any of your other wealthy clients match that? Why don’t I give you another ten million, and in return, you assign me a private room? I can’t stand the thought of something I’ve touched being used by others.”
The staff looked helpless, unsure how to respond. At that moment, the manager entered with the technician.
She had overheard everything outside the door. Eliza’s complaint was clear: she disliked sharing rooms that had been used by strangers.
Wealthy clients were always demanding, but most were merely rich socialites who could be dismissed if troublesome. Eliza, however, was the Sue family heiress. No one would dare turn away such a fortune.

Chapter 587 Eliza Enters the Fifth Floor
“Ms. Rivers, we’ll arrange a brand–new room for your treatments immediately.”
The staff froze. A brand–new room? Only the fifth floor had those

the VIP suites.
And the fifth floor was usually off–limits.

But the manager gave them a look, and they understood. There was no choice but to proceed.
On the fifth floor, each suite was permanent and exclusive. Once assigned, it belonged to a single guest and would never again be used for anyone else. Entry required both wealth and pedigree.
Eliza qualified on every count.
Soon the registration was complete, and the manager personally escorted her upstairs.
It was her first time on the fifth floor, but thanks to Nolan’s earlier reconnaissance, she wasn’t entirely unfamiliar.
They entered her suite. Everything was new, designed in a refined, feminine style luxurious.

“Ms. Rivers, please take a look. If this room doesn’t meet your satisfaction, we can have it redecorated for you.”
“This one will do. I like it.”
Eliza stepped inside and added casually, “With rooms this good, why didn’t you offer me one last time? Why so secretive?”
“Because that was your first visit. We reserve the fifth floor only for long–term clients. Usually, new guests aren’t eligible. But since you deposited ten million at once, you’re one of our top clients, so we’re opening it for you.”
The manager leaned closer and added, “There is one condition. We don’t sell rooms outright. They can only be enjoyed under our membership system. That means meeting a set annual spending threshold.”
