Athena flushed with genuine embarrassment. She had brought Teri to this summer camp, hoping it would help the little girl open up again, to find her voice.
She never expected one surprise after another the moment they arrived.
And now someone had recognized her. Could the camp possibly go on like this?
Thomas let out an awkward chuckle, trying to diffuse the tension. “Heh… Linda isn’t always careful with her words. Don’t take it personally. She just thought you looked familiar, Mrs. Storm. Really, a divorce and a second marriage aren’t such a big deal … ”
Athena exhaled silently. Honestly, he wasn’t much better.
Just as the awkwardness seemed unbearable, Zaden’s low, controlled voice cut through. “Athena didn’t have the best judgment in the past. I’d appreciate it if you didn’t bring that up.”
Didn’t have the best judgment?!
Athena bristled internally but knew he wasn’t wrong.
Marrying Lewis had indeed been a mistake. But thankfully, it was over now.
“Of course. That was out of line. Let’s move on,” Thomas said quickly, following Zaden’s lead.
With Zaden’s intervention, the tension finally eased.
Athena felt the weight lift off her shoulders and silently thanked him. He had smoothed things over effortlessly, dissipating the awkwardness in an instant.
Bzzz… bzzz…
Her phone buzzed. Athena pulled it out and glanced at the screen.
It was a message from Harriet.
Her vision blurred for a moment, her eyelids twitching uncontrollably as she read.
What the hell?
“Oh, my God! Your summer camp is livestreaming online! This is amazing. I can watch Teri
you anytime!”
and
Attached was a screenshot of the livestream interface.

Chapter 131 No Way They Are Here
The image showed the very room Athena was in–the same layout, same angles.
Her eyes darted to the corner where comments streamed nonstop.
[Mr. and Mrs. Blander really have no tact. Always choosing the worst moments to speak!]
Finished
[People with high EQ would say, ‘Your name sounds familiar.‘ People with low EQ say, ‘Oh, you’re the divorced woman on her second marriage.‘]
[Wait… is this really Athena from that huge online scandal?]
[Teri’s adorable, sitting quietly all by herself.]
Athena felt as if the sky had fallen on her head.
She had accepted that the camp would be livestreamed, but she’d assumed it would only start once the activities began.
She hadn’t imagined it would start immediately–meaning everything they had just said had gone live.
Her head spun, and for a brief moment, she felt completely trapped.
Is it too late to back out?
Thomas, seemingly oblivious to her panic, smiled. “I heard there’ll be five families this time. I wonder who’s next?”
At that moment, another couple arrived.
This pair looked older and brought a daughter about two years older than Teri.
They exchanged polite greetings with the others, their interactions calm and cordial.
With the cameras rolling, Athena kept her voice low, careful to say as little as possible. Teri, as always, remained silent.
Zaden didn’t speak much either, maintaining his usual aloof, cold demeanor.
Soon, the fourth family arrived. Only the fifth remained before the program could officially
start.
“Hello, everyone! Sorry, we’re late.” A familiar, sweet voice rang out from the doorway.
Athena’s brow furrowed instinctively. For a moment, she thought she was imagining things.
